United States | 21 October 2022Was quoted a price over the phone, when they charged my card a month later there we a few extra charges. 119.00 fuel charge, environmental charge 21.80 and a recovery charge of 32.16 that they forgot to mention. 119.00 in fuel is ridiculous. never again Shred it!!

They are in and out without any fuss and we barely know they have been. We use the onsite service which gives us real peace of mind that documents are destroyed properly, and the service is reliable.

Please please I beg you all to check your contracts I bet you don't know that the contract you have signed has a auto renewal clause in the original contract and the company is liable to pay all of the termination cost regardless of length of contract. They have auto renewed a 36 month contract and then have the audacity to say why did you sign initially umm we need the serve now longer need its not rocket science circumstances of organisations change given the current climate.

United Kingdom | 19 October 2022I've never had an experience with any company like I have with this one. If you raise an issue with them, don't expect a response as THEY WILL NOT GET BACK TO YOU. The communication is a joke. I've been waiting 6 months so far for a reply and still have not received one even after sending multiple chase emails to every email address I could find. I'm being charged for things that do not exist or have never happened. I've tried contacting their accounts but instead of a reply, I received a debt collection letter threatening legal action. I would not recommend or use this company if it was the last one in existence. Worst experience of my life.

United Kingdom | 12 October 2022I booked an express 5 day purge collection at extra cost on 30th September, I then received a confirmation email stating collection would be the 13th October, when I checked the email turns out they had the wrong postcode. I called to find out what had changed since we paid upfront for the service. It took them almost all day to work out the issue with the incorrect postcode. They came back to me with another date 10th October, this was still not good enough as I had called back on the 6th and 7th October. I asked for the additional money we paid for the express service to be refunded and the booking was then cancelled, I did not know this until the 10th when they did not show up again. I spoke to many people and all had something different to say. I was then told a collection would be on the 11th and low and behold no one turned up!! I called again and was told it would now be the 13th at this point we are still waiting. We really needed these bags gone before our new CPO started and trusted we would receive a good service, well it was far from it. I will go as far as to say we will never use this company again. They were happy and quick to take the money but did not provide the service we paid for. The service was poor, the communication was poor. They lied about resolving the issue and caused things to drag on for almost 2 weeks. We will see whether or not they actually show up to collect tomorrow!

Our account manager Dean N was really helpful in getting the collection arranged as early as possible for us and Qasim also went over and above to ensure it was picked up during our office hours on a Friday afternoon. Bags were collected in no time at all by their friendly driver. Would thoroughly recommend and look forward to using the service in the future.
