United States | 05 August 2019Description said King Suite. Got a confirmation on our room. Went to check in and Resort didn’t offer such a room. Got a room with two double beds. Resort was over booked and we almost didn’t get a room. The resort was great. Wouldn’t trust the site to use it again. Too many other choices.

Canada | 05 August 2019In response to the company's response below - you shouldn't send an email confirming the order and process the payment if you haven't actually booked the room. It's very confusing and no other travel site does that. I didn't get the follow up emails until I reached the hotel. --- Terrible. They confirmed our order and we drove 3 hrs to the hotel only to find out the room was not booked. Then we get a an email from Nustay they didn't confirm the room with the hotel eventhough they processed the amount and said the order was confirmed. Wow what an unreliable company. Be very careful. Never happens w expedia or other reputable sites.

United States | 04 August 2019I have tried to book multiple times via Nustay, routed through the Google Maps hotel search. However, on FOUR different occasions (I have screen shots as proof), the price that was quoted ends up CHANGED and the new "updated" increased price when I am trying to check out is often hundreds of dollars higher. This is AFTER I enter credit card information and my email information. I end up declining this price. I am incredibly suspicious their deals are a scam to get information from us. Even more concerning, they try to flag the negative reviews from people who this also happened to who DON'T end up booking the hotel so others are not aware of this disturbing practice. Will be reporting to BBB.

I am standing at the lobby, stranded, helpless on my birthday. This is rather cruel. Can you possibly respond to my email pls?

United States | 02 August 2019Making the reservation was so easy but we don't understand why the charges are already on our credit card account. Whenever we have made reservations at other hotels, the charge does not come until we have completed the stay. Something doesn't seem right when we already are being charged for a stay in the middle of October.

United States | 02 August 2019My stay at the Red Roof was very pleasant, and I was able to get the rate $20 lower a night by booking with Nustay. The booking process with Nustay was very easy and efficient, and when I arrived the clerk had the paperwork ready. The hotel was very clean and staff were friendly. The room was remodeled, and the AC was cold and not too noisy. My only complaint was the remote to the tv was missing the back, and the freaking batteries kept falling out lol. Overall great value.
