Then your non-refundable room is booked and you can't back out. Our booking went from $122 up to $379! This is such a scam.

France | 30 July 2019J’ai été très déçue au début puisque le service Nustay ne m’avait toujours pas transmis le mail avec la confirmation de réservation de l’hotel (Vérification spam et mails etc). Mais après avoir contacté le service client par mail, celui-ci a été très efficace et rapide ils ont tout de suite réglé le problème ! Réponse rapide par mail !

I decided to book a last minute hotel and it was the cheapest price at a 4 star hotel great price great service and I look forward to booking more through Nustay more as i stay on the road a lot for work.

Germany | 28 July 2019Mein Freund und ich haben 2 Zimmer zum gleichen Datum Gebucht, da wir mit 4 Personen verreisen werden. Dann ist ein kleiner Fehler unterlaufen, jedoch konnte alles schnell per Mail geklärt werden. Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Viel günstiger als auf anderen Webseiten.

United States | 28 July 2019Booked two days in advance, arrived to the hotel at 2:00am, excited for a good nights rest after a long day of travel. Come to find out, our hotel had overbooked and our room was taken by another customer. "Good news" was that they would buy us a room in a "nearby" hotel ONLY 30 minutes down the road. Wait 30 minutes for a cab to arrive, drive 30 minutes to the new hotel, and, you guessed it, they are overbooked too because of Hyatt's mess up! Fast forward to 3:45am and we are back at the original hotel where we occupied the lobby for several hours. At 7:00am we got a room to shower in quickly before having to go back to the airport. Hands down the absolute worst experience I have ever had in my life. I am demanding a refund and will continue on until this is done. By no means did we receive what we paid for.

France | 28 July 2019Très contente car j ai eu une réduction de 5Euros sur Darty avec retrait en magasin sur une brosse chauffante de marque très connue. Donc ça fait plaisir maintenant l autre cashback plus important il faut un abonnement donc pas sûr que ça vaille le coup me concernant par rapport aux nombres d achats que je fais à l année.

United States | 27 July 2019I booked a hotel with Nustay - they sent an email saying that the booking was confirmed. The day of the hotel stay, they said they were not able to confirm the booking, and provided a "free offer" to book me at another hotel, for no charge to myself. What they left out was the fact that I would be responsible for the payment at the new hotel, and they would hold onto my original payment. To add insult to injury, this new hotel cost more than the original booking fee. Additionally, when I checked out of this new hotel and inquired about the charge, they said that the booking was made through booking.com There is no reason a legitimate booking site would intentionally mislead me with a "free offer", tell me that I would be booked at no additional charge at a new hotel, and then book that hotel using an external service. I'm happy for the customers that have had a good experience, but mine was anything but. Nustay's business operates through committing fraud.

United States | 27 July 2019Nustay sold me a room at a hotel that was booked. It was very late in the evening, I was exhausted, I was unfamiliar with the area and I had to find another hotel. They refunded my money but the initial experience was horrible.
