Keep changing the price near the end of the booking, total crap, steer clear

Very clean hotel. Good location close to the beach and nice walk down the beach to the pier. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Definitely would stay here again.

Appears to be a scam. I was booking a room at a Marriott property for $124 a night. After I entered my CC number the rate instantly changed to $408 for the night. I denied the updated rate but wonder how many people hastily agree to it without reading the message.

Be careful extra hidden fees, i will never book again with them ! They will show you an attractive price then a different one at e-mail confirmation, when i contact them thru e mail cause the line don’t work they respond it s our responsability and refuse to cover the extra charges !!

I searched through the filter on a hotel where dogs are allowed, from the selected hotels I booked 2 rooms for 4 people and 2 nights. When we wanted to check in, the dog was not allowed. So I had to book a hotel for my son and his dog, which cost me 84 euros, time and inconvenience. I have never experienced this with booking.com. What I found nice about the hotel is that they were willing to pay back the bill, which I did not use because my wife and daughter were very tired after a long and warm journey.

Went through the booking including payment details, reached the final page and the price had gone up. Tried not to proceed but payment was processed anyway. Felt swindled by this website.

Fast and easy booking

Under et ophold i Berlin valgte jeg et trestjernet hotel hos Nustay, men jeg forlod hotellet med det indtryk, at det havde været et firestjernet hotel.

Unfortunately it is absolutely a terrible horrible experience Maintenance all over the place. With the painting smell and dirt and noise. Very small reception though nice workers. But really very limited services. We had a superior room. It was very small. Very old. Some properties are damaged! And unfortunately rooms are not clean. No water for free at all though superior room. It is such a horrible experience that I’m still going through. Never ever will recommend anyone to go there. It shouldn’t be any near 4 stat!

Fiz uma reserva com muita facilidade e ao melhor preço. Infelizmente tive que cancelar por motivos pessoais e o cancelamento também foi muito fácil.

Saved me money and it worked for me. Happy with Nustay and will use again.
