très satisfait. jai payé 36 € ( même si le tarif annoncé etait de 33€ avant connexion) une chambre campanile facturée 49€ normalement.. et le service a été le même..25% d'economies. sans aucune surprise.. je recommande.

We booked hotel with nustay & when we got to our hotel we did not have a reservation. AT ALL. We called and email nustay and never responded to the situation. I just need my money back.

0 star if I could. Worse experience I had. After driving for hours, the hotel didn’t receive any confirmation so we spent over an hour back and forth over the phone for Nustay to tell us that they couldn’t honor our booking and would take 1-2 hours to find us another hotel even though the hotel we’re at had rooms available. They wouldn’t pay the difference in the hotel room to book it for us or refund it. Absolute headache and nightmare

Nustay was great finding an affordable safe hotel in peak vacation season. Traveling for work to an area I frequently visited and the rates had increased 40% yet Nustay had a room available in a nicer hotel for a better price!

SITE ANARQUE wanted to book a room in Oxford for 7 nights price showed 76 € when I gave my credit card info the price has changed to 131 € per night

Booked a room with them - they confirmed and then shortly afterwards said they couldn't book that room but offered me an alternative which was a poorer hotel at well above market rate - looked like a con to me. Edit to respond to reply below Nustay did not offer to match any price - they offered me an Ibis hotel for 90 euro which is available on booking.com for £68!

Bad booking procedure, very inflexible. Made a mistake with the booking and tried to cancel within a few minutes but Nustay refused. The hotel and was willing to cancel from their side free of charge but Nustay would not agree.

Impossible to get hold of them. Customer service number always says the lines are busy. This is just to clarify a relatively minor issue. Imagine if it was an emergency and you had to scramble around to send them an email and then wait to hear back.

Helpful during a critical decision, wasnt havimg enough money to pay hotel at the counter so i decided to go online to get a cheaper price of the same hotel , while checking online all other agency was having same amount given to me at the counter or even higher expect nustay .. nustay give much more lower price that i even have extral nd was given same room demanded for at a cheaper price.. its great to come across nustay..

They lied to me . They charged me $105.00 for a room that was was quoted for $84.00. After putting in payment info and right after agree and pay a window pops up and says rates change constantly and the room will now cost $105.00,being tired and weary I took the room anyway. Upon checking in I didn’t the room I wanted as was described on line. The clerk at the hotel refunded my card for $75.00 and said that’s the price for the room and that’s all I should of had to pay I believe they lied and stole from me and never will they get another dime from me
