I cancelled both verbally and in writing after one year as it was more expensive than paying green fees but £399 has been taken from my account nonetheless. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD DETAILS. You never get a reply to emails. The 'system' is chaotic and utterly worthless.

United Kingdom | 22 July 2021Started out brilliantly, however they have chosen to change the way they do bookings , I am self employed and have to squeeze a round of golf in around my work commitments, played a few rounds in the first few weeks since lockdown was delighted and thought how handy this system was for me? Sadly I booked for two players at my local course for today and upon arrival we were asked to partner up with another pair to make up a foursome, I explained that I booked for just us two and not the paired button on the app, the club said that this was now how pmg was operating now and that they are pairing up all golfers , well that's not practical for me as I don't have the time to pair in a foursome ( can take much longer) plus with covid spreading rapidly again and myself an at risk person I do not want to be paired up with any random players with whom I've never met or have any intention of getting to know. Shame on you playmoregolf, in times like these companies like you have no morals and will happily put people at risk to make more money , I had to leave as I can not and will not put my health at risks just so you can pay the course less money for tee off times , completely disgusted and will no longer be a member

United Kingdom | 21 July 2021My first time using the app was easy, however, i booked a tee off for 1 player. When i arrived i was told i was in a 4 ball. (The pro said this was how PMG works) As this was my first time out for a while i didn't want to hold back anyone, and maybe spoil their game, i explained this and on this occasion the pro was able to change my tee time to allow this. Maybe the app should better explain that this may happen or a tick box to confirm 1 player is required

I pay in instalments but I felt I was misled in so much as I expected that as soon as I paid my 1st instalment I would get all my credits. However this was not the case & I soon ran out & had to pay extra for more. It happened again so I gave golf a miss for a few weeks. Hence 2 star rating

United Kingdom | 17 July 2021Very flexible which is ideal for me as i work 5 days a week. Good value and some decent offers. Definitely enabled me to play more often. We even used away points whilst on holiday such is the growing coverage of courses around the country. Very Happy to recommend.

United Kingdom | 16 July 2021Very easy to use and good value for money. Occasional issues in communication between golf club booking systems and PlayMoreGolf. For example I can’t access tee times later than 4pm on the playmore system and have go through the office which closes at 4pm. Also having issues sorting out a handicap. Not sure where the fault lies. Handicap now sorted.

Online registration was straightforward and connection to a home club seamless. I have played 2 rounds in my first week and am looking forward to using my flexible points on other local courses. Well done, PMG!

United Kingdom | 09 July 2021This is an ideal scheme if you work full time and can only a round of golf in once a week. Also because you can use other courses it makes it more usable. I have played 4 different courses so far. And have justed signed up for my second year.

United Kingdom | 09 July 2021Very easy and simple system, team from PMG and my local club Portal in Cheshire have been fantastic with the support and setting me up in both systems. I have read previous comments from some PMG members towards lack of support towards them from their home club, but I must admit this has not been the situation with me and my home club who made the me feel very welcome from the start. I find this approach works really well for me at present as I don’t have a great deal of free time for one club to make the most of a full membership and also I like to travel and experience other courses too.
