Good scheme and meets my needs, however when I tried to renew on numerous occasions the site was awkward to navigate as each page took quite a while to update. I only found this out when dealing with a very good customer services lady.

United Kingdom | 04 July 2021I had a handicap before I joined playmoregolf. Since I joined though the club apparently has been unable to sync my handicap and make it functional for me. Despite 10+ requests to the pro. But don’t expect any help from Playmore HQ. Just wishy washy buck passing. Also, the tee times are largely unavailable on medal days, presumably blocked off for more important full members. Avoid this like the plague, you will only feel let down from all angles. I will never go near again, and make sure all my many golf associates know not to either.

United Kingdom | 28 June 2021Just recently renewed my annual membership at my home club Silverdale. My first year with PMG has been very smooth and positive. My home club treat me as a member so feel at home. The only restriction I have as a PMG member is that I am not eligible to enter the club's Board/named comps. There are plenty other opportunities to play so this is a compromise I can live with.

However, I have found that booking tee times at my home club is very restricted from the app and the only availability is typically between 9am-3pm. Looking at other clubs in the NW region the access is much better? I have reported this at the club and to PMG but to date this has not been resolved. I can phone the club to book tee times outside the ones offered via the app but this is not always convenient and have no options if the club shop is closed (after 4pm).
