It allows all the privileges of full membership without all the outlay. Easy to join and immediately benefit from extra points for referring my wife for membership.

United Kingdom | 29 April 2021Having signed up and allocated Celtic manor as my home course. After covid rules relaxed I phoned the Celtic Manor to book a round of golf. I was told that they no longer have any association with Playmoregolf. I have had no correspondence from playmoregolf about this. I have emailed with no response, and trying to phone them is a joke. You ring and a automated service says we are currently unable to assist you.

United Kingdom | 24 April 2021Like other negative reviews here. Treated like a second class citizen at the chosen home club. They do not give you the same courtesy as full members which is not what PMG advertise. The concept is flawed. Experienced many unpleasant scenarios such as being budded up with members who clearly don't want you in their group and the customer service manager was worse than useless. Which was illustrated by her lack of understanding or concern. When I explained that the club treat PMG members as unworthy in so many attributes, she was not bothered. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS! Clubs directly offer flexible memberships at the same cost. Which is something I've now done. The reply they have submitted here isn't an accurate account and is attempt to detract from the criticism posted. The chosen club presented a half truth with presidence given to the full member who was rude and swearing at me. Something the clubs CCTV did not pick up. They gave a protracted account of events and I was not asked to give version of events, thus proving my point PMG players are not considered full members.

United Kingdom | 19 April 2021All of my dealings were with leslee moger, play more golf representative, who couldn’t have done anything more to assist, she was excellent, knowledgeable and didn’t at any stage, push the sale. A group of 8 of us signed up from work and leslee coordinated everything perfectly and ensured each of us knew what to do and was available very quickly when we needed to ask questions. The app itself is very impressive- easy to use and tee bookings are straightforward and the ‘buddy’ system works really well for bookings. Very impressed all round but if it wasn’t for leslee, i may not have pursued it further. Thanks very much indeed
