We received a great service from start to finish. Lee the surveyor was extremely helpful and thorough. Lambi our installer was fantastic and very much ensured we were totally satisfied with the whole job that was carried out. We are both very happy with that whole job.

The workman were very friendly and experienced and efficient in their work. We enjoyed their thoughtfulness with re to providing a clean dust cover for our carpets. All completed to our satisfaction except for a small gap in the sealant on a couple of window sills. We have raised this with the company already. Many thanks.

Geoff & Liam recently completed our bi folding doors and new front door and we couldn’t be happier. They did an amazing job on both. We can’t sing their praises enough. The brickwork, rendering, plastering all done incredibly well. All done in 3 days, which was under schedule. Andy on sales too, made sure we got exactly what we were after. Overall the company was helpful, friendly and professional. They were willing to supply me with what I wanted subject to what they could get manufactured. The installation team were very good, working hard and fast, giving explanations and tidying up after themselves. Everything was fitted within a day. Just a bit of a mix up in their time of arrival from the office staff. I am very happy with my windows and doors.

We changed all our upstairs windows to excellent double glazed windows with Britelite. Lambi fitted the windows and did a spectacular job - so helpful, kind and showed me how to use all the features of the windows. He was very helpful and hardworking. Excellent job very happy

Adam & Paul installed a new warm flat roof for us. They were really good and did a fantastic job. Very pleased with the outcome. They had to do a full strip back and replace all the boards too. They were very tidy and a pleasure to meet. Highly recommend their skills

It was a very professional job

Had hoped for a warm home after replacing every single window and door in the house, many windows with triple glazing - but sadly the heat is escaping from the house just as it did last winter. Content with the price we paid and the sales support. We were told installers were in-house but they were contracted, which resulted in the last few installations being rushed and poorly finished. Britelite had to return to rectify which they did without fuss. Soooo disappointed many thousands of pounds has made no difference to our comfort this winter.

Just had my windows done and I can honestly say the experience was excellent . To begin with they came and I got a price there and then , and they left that with me , no hard sell which I was pleased with , the price was good also , From beginning to end the fitters etc were amazing … everything ran smoothly … so pleased I found them

We had a new flat roof installed by Britelite and were really pleased with the whole process from initial quote right through to installation. We were kept fully informed right through the process. Adam carried out the survey and he and Paul completed the installation. Both Adam and Paul were brilliant. They worked very professionally and cleanly and did a fantastic job.

Joe installed our new windows upstairs yesterday. We are over the moon with them. Joe was punctual, polite and respectful of our home. He made an outstanding job of cleaning up. We plan to have new windows downstairs in the spring and I would like Joe to be our fitter. Would definitely recommend.
