Good quality,good price ,excellent installer ,no hassle from start to finish

The salesman and the installation was fine, 5*s from me for that. The surveyor acted inappropriately towards my wife, asking questions about our religion, but that was resolved and an apology received and accepted. Since then the products have developed condensation within them. I tried calling the company and was told to put the complaint on the guarantee contact line. We did this and to be totally fair in this review, we had an issue contacting Britelite through their website. I have to say that once they did become aware of my issue, they could not have been more responsive and I have had a very swift and satisfactory resolution and repairs made quickly. The staff sent were friendly, helpful and efficient, and also remarkably quick!

My door and window took three and a half months to get right. The first delay was due to the wrong colour being used which I accepted patiently when I was informed a new door had to be manufactured. Then on the next installation date the door panel did not match despite my checking that everything was correct the week before. I had to get unpleasantly insistant before Britelite took these delays seriously and made it a priority to rectify. The product is finally good now but the process was frustrating and stressful and cost me time and trouble. The customer care was dismissive and I wish I had not been told 'it will be in hand as soon as possible' rather than having to insist on being given updates and details .

Luke and Paul came to install my bay window. They were prompt on the dot. Clean, efficient and very friendly and finished the job on time too. I have manynother Britelite windows and would definately recomend them to anyone wanting windows that last and stay looking good for a life time.

Alan Edwards visited by appointment and was wonderful, giving us sound advice on our expectations for replacement windows. His tablet, method of presenting our choices, with dimensions, and all intricate details of fixings was leagues ahead of the method used by Anglia. Installation went very well, three window restrictors were fitted a few days later, and the finished job, quality is excellent. My wife and I are very very pleased.

Generally I’m happy with the work . There are a few items that need attention which will hopefully be sorted soon & your engineer can have a look at a couple of issues I have with the installation.

Good communication and service

The product is first class. The fitters were considerate and courteous. We were kept informed throughout the process. The works were kept clean and tidy and all waste was taken away for recycling. A first class service from the whole company. "

All issues with the installation was resolved without any fuss quickly on site. The installer took great care to make sure the finishing was perfect especially for an old terraced house. Left the place tidy and removed all the old windows. Very experienced installer from Britelite Widows. My neighbors are very impressed.

From first contact through to completion service was excellent. The salesman was very informative and did not pressure me to buy.The survey was carried out in a very professional manner. Communication was excellent from the “office”. The installation was fantastic,the fitter ,Geoff was a very experienced worker,he arrived early morning and worked hard throughout the day ,explaining everything he was doing.He was exemplary in tidying his work space and caused no damage to our house after removing our old windows.He is a credit to Britelite Windows a tradesman proud of his work.Thank you Britelite and thank you Geoff .

Double glazing salesmen get bad press but I have to say the after care service I have received, even 3-4 years after the initial installation has been 2nd to none. Its the 2nd time I have had to call them out in the 3-4 years and they have always been amazing, so helpful, no problems at all. I'd also like to give a special mention to Tracy Merrick who is the Service Co-Ordinator I always deal with and she is so understanding and helpful. Keep up the great work
