Flat Roof replacement by Britelite (Maidstone) Adam and Paul are experienced flat roof installers which I would recommend. They kept me informed of progress and kept a tidy site, clearing up as they went. This was my second flat roof to be fitted where the first one was done by Flat Roofing Company (Now Britelite) No problems have been had. (Time will tell)

We were very happy with the installation of our back door. Jim, the fitter arrived early and was ready to work at 8.00 am. He was friendly and efficient with his work and we are very happy to have our new door.

The installation, process and ordering of our new door was completed on the agreed date with no issues. Excellent service.

Adam and Paul were friendly and polite as are nearly all Britelite workers they fitted a new Flat roof with a lantern now I can look up at the Stars this is the fourth time Britelite have done work on my house windows , patio doors and 3 windows, Nick the sales man has quoted for the last 2 windows that will be fitted next year I can’t have a conservatory so I’ve told him that’s it unless I move .

Truly professional workers. The labourers worked hard, barely taking a break all day, and were very polite and considerate. When a problem was found they dealt with it even arranging to work a further day-and-a-half to get the job finished in one go. The assistance from head office was excellent and we had direct contact with the supervising manager. The only reason for four instead of five stars was the delay in getting the appointment to do the work in the first place - but we did end up getting a concellation slot two months earlier.

The fitters worked professionally. I am having issues with the finished products. I have reported some of them and as i am waiting for the resolution other issues show up. The walls are soaking wet from the 12/11/24 i have asked my son to phone Britelite windows Ltd so someone can come and rectify this problem. The roof i am thinking is where the problem is. I need this looked into soon.

Beautiful windows lovely Fitters wouldn't use any other company

Shocking workmanship from there commercial fitters. From cutting down a window frame exposing the internals to not putting a level on Any of the frames to make sure they were straight. Front door that would not lock and they would not come out to fix it for two days and then blame the customer for the door having a bow in it due to having to adjust a locking latch in order for it to be safe on their say so as they would not come out for two days. to blowing the render on the out side of the house and sticking it back with silicone. Just to list a few things and definitely don’t trust some of the staff not to go through your home and help themselves to your phone charge in a closed room and pull your router out to log onto your Wi-Fi. Edit In response to your reply. The render was only being replaced on the front of my home not the side or rear and it was the side your workers damage. The fact you do t offer a call out to correct a front door that would not lock at all after you fitted it speaks volumes being it is a pull shut door that you could not keep closed unless it shut completely which it did not hence being advised by your fitter to try and adjust one of the latches so it was not open completely. And while you are taking feedback to learn from. It would be a good idea if you told some of your fitters not to use angle grinders in side someone’s bedroom without covering anything up at all.resulting in living the customer to clean it for 4 hrs afterwards per room

Genuine company, no sales pressure, just good advice and assurance where it was needed. Alterations I requested were smooth and instant. Measurements and fittings were professional yet friendly and Phil’s work ethic and skills were top notch. I couldn’t be more pleased with doors and window. Thank you, Britelite team.

Mark and Jai were extremely professional and worked hard for the two and a half days they were on site. They left us with a great new conservatory and cleared up completely before they left.

Great work by Geoff. They worked non-stop from arrival. Very neat/ clean and excellent installation. Lots of advice for maintenance. Highly recommended Britelite; especially Geoff and his helper! You left your tape measure here by the way and may want it back!

Tried to sort out errors to the best of their ability

We have had Britelite work for us twice before and they are excellent, but this one was a little different as we wanted a window installed through our supporting gable wall where there wasn't already a window. Geoff and his helper turned up nice and early, protected our patio and dust sheeted the entire room and through to our front door, and by 1pm we had a lintel, a lovely window and it was beautifully finished with smooth plaster on the inside and perfectly repaired render outside and our home was left spotless. Couldn't have asked for nicer guys or a better job.

Very professional throughout. The whole conservatory build was expertly projected managed even when there was a tiny delay. Would recommend to anyone. Really pleased with our orangery.

From the initial discussion, followed by a detailed, uncomplicated and transparent quote, my interactions have been easy with Britelite. Even though I decided against some bifolds, the rest of the windows and front door remained the same price and were installed, with little issue, within a few weeks. Overall, very happy!!
