I am impressed with Britelites. They have just replaced our conservatory roof and have done a very good job. From the beginning, I asked their representative LOTS of questions before deciding to proceed with their very competitive quote. Another company I was also dealing with simply gave up responding, so they removed themselves from the running! The surveyor was very knowledgeable and produced a design that perfectly met our requirements. When we placed the order, we were kept fully updated on the progress of our order. Due to the size of the job, 2 teams were assigned to complete the work. Tim, Tommy, Rob and Kieran turned up on schedule and worked very diligently. They were all polite and courteous, and we were impressed that they cleared up after each day to leave a tidy site. We were also very pleased with the extra bits they did, without us asking. They adjusted one of the doors, replaced some aged/broken trim on the window sills, cleaned the frames. By the end of the job it looked like we had a whole new conservatory, not just the roof replaced! All in all, we are very pleased with the job that Britelites have completed for us. Many thanks

This is review part 1 as we still have a conservatory to be fitted. I had an excellent experience from Nick from sales visit to Simon from Survey and finally from Andy for installation whose brilliant work clearly shows his 40 years experience in the trade. I found the process very professional and I was kept informed of every step. Nick was always very responsive and everyone I dealt with was pleasant. Really happy with the new kitchen window fitted and looking forward to the conservatory fitting in May l.

50 % of glass were delivered as double glazed the remainder triple glazed as ordered - all frames for triple 2 different types of window handles installed All sashes had to be remade as surrounding gap to large - could see internal hinges from outside & could hear all external noises Underside of dormer window unfinished & from placement of order to sign off took 11 months

I've done a full refub on my house and working with Britelite was the most pleasant. From the start ny salesman Peter was courteous and not at all pushy as other competitors harangued me. The installation was efficient and the quality of the windows and doors is superb. I had very minor snags which were remedied immediately. It's a big investment i made and one that I'm most happy with that has enhanced how my home looks and feels.

Work started and completed on time. Done by an experienced employee. Discharged the work to a high standard.

Andrew did a really thorough job. It looked fantastic, and he cleaned up afterwards very well. Also I appreciated the guidance on how best to utilise the door in terms of sealing.

I used Britelite for glazing last year, and I was impressed with the product, service, and the prices. I was therefore discussing further glazing work with them this year on my mum's property. I commented that I was having difficulty finding a suitable roofer for small section of flat roof, and it was only then that I discovered that Britelite also provided this service. Their price for GRP over improved thermal insulation was reasonable, and so I signed up, and the service again proved to be good.

Britelite have been really good all the way through. I thought changing windows would be daunting, but it’s been very straightforward from the initial conversation to the installation. The installer Jim has been doing this for 20 years and it showed. He was quick, but very efficient and very helpful. Everything clean when they left! I gave 4 stars, only because I’m waiting to see how the windows and door stand up…but the signs are good.

Excellent quality of product and workmanship. Everybody love the new conservatory roof that Britelite replaced. Glasses they supplied are also among the flattest I have seen. I think conservatory roof replacement is a good cost saver if your conservatory windows are still fine and you don't want to bare the cost of rebuilding the extension/conservatory.

From start to finish Britelite were very professional with handling our order for 2 doors and 12 windows. Andy Hinchcliffe was very honest with us from the start giving us a fair and reasonable price, not like other companies who start high and then reduce the price. The surveyor informed us of everything that needed to be done on the windows and frames ,so there was no big surprises when it came time for fitting. We were kept up to date with the order when it went to the factory. The fitters were a father and son team that worked well together to get the job done to a high standard. They always left the job clean and tidy before going home at the end of the day. We are very happy with our windows and doors and would recommend Britelite to family and freinds.
