Everyone we have spoken with at Star Insurance has been friendly and helpful. We haven't had to wait hours to be answered either! Making the claim was an easy process, our claim was accepted without a problem and we just paid the excess to our repairer to be passed on - no extra hassle. Star called us a couple of times to check how the repairs were proceeding. Covid played it's part, so it took longer than expected for the repairs but we are happy with the results.

Star insurance was recommended to me by my brother who also has a classic car and I can see why. Was a simple online process and easy to understand and select cover that was required. Called the 0800 number with an enquiry and was answered promptly!
