United States | 25 June 2024I had originally received a box about 9 moths ago. The quality was poor and would not wear any of them. The proceeded to give me a credit, and I can shop out of the box. After about 9 months I got tired of not finding anything in my size. (xl shirts, 36/32 pants) not something I would normally have a hard time. With all the recent advertisements about better quality. I tried again to the same result. Save you self time and energy and stick with one of the main companies. Stately will not be around in a year. There customer service was awful.

United States | 21 June 2024The platform is designed to separate you from your money. They advertise high-end brands and send lower middle of the road brands. There’s no place on the platform to review the clothes they’ve sent you in previous boxes. There are no pictures attached to the invoice in the event that you want to return an item, or see what you’ve had before. The accessories they send are Very low quality and cheap and breakdown very quickly. The “stylists” Are just people who pull from boxes, do not look at your “style profile”, and even when you return an item because it is explicitly stated that you do not want a T-shirt or hoodie, they will send you for your exchange, the same type of item. It’s nearly impossible to get anybody on the phone to talk to and when you do, they are not empowered to do anything other than, talk in circles. They do not do refunds of any sort, are extremely slow in processing every request, have made multiple billing errors (always in their favor) And then it takes days and phone calls to rectify. In short: AVOID AT ALL COSTS

United States | 17 June 2024I have tried this service multiple times and the clothing options are either very boring or out of style. I have tried to communicate what I am looking for, but after several attempts at getting it right, I plan to cancel my membership.

United States | 17 June 2024I’ve tried to initiate an exchange and still have not had a follow up. The communication flow has not been ideal to date. The last box I received – included a shirt that was exactly the same as a previous box – there just appears to be good coordination.

United States | 17 June 2024The clothes were individually nice garments. But they were not a cohesive ensemble, nor did they collectively create an outfit. I got a pair of back pants with several shirts. I don’t need a fashion designer to match shirts to black pants.

United States | 16 June 2024Seems like a recycling service for Ben Sherman clothing. The cancellation policy and ease are suspect and you'll end up disputing your charges. I don't like half the crap they sent and the "stylist" just throws another piece in when requesting an exchange that matches an item they've already sent you. Don't waste your time or money!

United States | 15 June 2024Shoes that were not in my last order and were supposed to be in this order did not arrive as promisee. Upon reaching out to customer service, i now have received 2 of the same pair of shoes. Not happy. Will probably cancel subscription.

United States | 14 June 2024This company scammed me out of a lot of money. I tried their presidential plan and then also a legal plan and I paid for those services happily!. However, their boxes starting getting worse and worse. I started getting a suit that looked like a clown would wear and when I try to return they wouldn't let me. On top of it cancel my service online and then they reactivated my service. When I call them they assured me that The service is canceled. However next month and the following month I get charged again and again. After many conversations, there are fused to accept my items back and charge me the full amount for the regal and presidential plan I did not describe for any longer. Also the items they send were not any Quality anymore. Even if this company was good at certain point it is no longer anything I would put money for. It is unfortunate because it's a very good idea but just the customer service and unauthorized charges on my card are completely unacceptable

United States | 12 June 2024The clothes they show through advertisements are extremely different from what they send you. Even if you clarify that in your personal style guide, the stylists just send you whatever they feel like. They rope you in with bonus offers of giving you bonus clothing value for free but it is just the clothes they are trying to get rid of. Then we you don't like the clothes they sent you and try to exchange them, you find out that those items aren't available for exchange. Not satisfied with the service? Well you can only cancel by emailing their concierge service or calling them by phone. Not picking up your call? Too bad! The premise seems to be they'll rope you in with bonus offers and then only let you leave at their discretion.

I return them and you replace them with more of the same. On my most recent order I returned a hideous gray sport jacket and you replaced it with a blue jacket, one of the colors I specifically asked you not to send.

United States | 11 June 2024Constant sizing issues. It was literally nonstop, every order. I asked to never be sent slim or stretch pants and constantly received them with my orders. I asked for my shirts to be a certain size and I have 4 shirts that I will never wear. This service is not for big or tall people. This service is for people who are average height and build. You should advertise it as such.

I think I will be a lifetime member! LOVE IT. Saves time and gives me confidence that someone who knows me and what’s in is doing the picking!
