The shirts (predominantly) were excellent for spanning a number of social circumstances, which is exactly what I was hoping to achieve. My only critique is that I specifically noted that polo shirts were not desired, and I di get one. That being said, it was of a color and fabric that made it more acceptable. All-in? I definitely felt it was a time-saver, a great value, and provided excellent styles I wouldn't have necessarily picked myself.

United States | 11 September 2024I just received my Premium plan box with "bonus" items. The bonus items must be things everyone returned because they are atrocious and not anything in the category I requested. You also can't return them for exchange, I understand they were free, but if you send them back at all Stately will charge you a fee. I asked for professional (vs casual) attire and received a button up t-shirt, polo, and flannel. The polo yes, but the others are not what I would consider professional at all. The pants were "slim" fit, which I specifically requested it not be, so they are going back as well. The watch was okay, kind of cheap looking but not terrible. I received "sneakers" that look like sneakers and again, aren't professional. I'm not sure if the stylist actually read anything I sent. And I have to pay to return it, unless I wait and pay another $400 for the next box, then I can return from this box for free. Seems like a little scam. I won't be using them anymore.

United States | 08 September 2024Your team keeps sending me wool, leather and suede items when I'm a vegan. This is very upsetting. Edit: While your brand partners may not provide vegan only options, your stylist who picks out my box surely can exclude leather and suede items especially after I have had to return on 3 separate occasions for the same request. Every other clothing subscription box I've signed up for in the past has been able to accommodate such a simple request. I'm disappointed that the subscription I pay $500/per box isn't able to.

United States | 07 September 2024I am seeing products that I would not have selected for myself. Sometimes that is good, sometimes that is not so good. I have not had the need to return anything even thought it is not perfect. It is very good to receive an item or two that is outside your experience level or comfort zone.

United States | 07 September 2024Several items either did not fit or were not suitable for me. I set up and sent an exchange but have not heard anything since the items were given to UPS on August 16. It's been over 20 days. I will cancel my subscription before I am charged with another box.

United States | 06 September 2024I love the clothes I received. The quality is great and the stylist makes me stretch my boundaries with my wardrobe. The fit of some of the shirts have been a bit smaller than expected but still liked the value I received for my money.

United States | 06 September 2024I really like the concept But so far the styles are similar to Stitchfix (maybe they are better if you get the higher priced subscription). You also don't get to see what you're getting ahead of time which would be helpful because if you want to exchange the item you have to wait until you receive it. And the exchange will cost you if you don't want it separate than your next shipment. For $190 at the end of the day it's pricey and not as user friendly as Stitchfix.

The clothing fit types and clothes sent didn’t match my style or requests. This happened previously and why I left the service. I am going to give it one more go and then move on to other services.
