The package felt tailored to my style. I had had a phone call with a concierge from Stately the week prior and I felt as though they were able to meet all of my requests! Looking forward to another package from them :)

United States | 13 March 2024I've now gotten two packages from Stately and for both of them, I have been blown away by what I've received. It's almost like they can read my mind or have seen my closet and know what is missing or needs an upgrade. I got a pair of boots that are now my favorite boots for a good date night out, I've gotten multiple jackets and shirts that get compliments over and over again, I even got a new watch literally days after my last one broke. Everything is put together so well, and they even include a letter with recommendations on how to wear your new items. Very happy with the service and plan to continue to use it for a long time.

United States | 13 March 2024Unfortunately, I must give this product/service a one-star rating. Keep in mind, i rarely peovide reviews. My experience was nothing short of terrible. From the poor quality of the product to the unhelpful customer service, I am thoroughly dissatisfied. I would not recommend this to anyone. Save your money and look elsewhere for a better option. Or go to the store and pick it out. Stylist do not listen to you or your requests and send you half a** stuff.

United States | 07 March 2024The stylist curated a great box for me, but the shirts were a little more loose around the midsection than I prefer and the shoes happened to be similar to a pair I already had. I returned the two shirts and shoes and within 3 days received 2 shirts that are perfect, a great pair of shoes that fit my taste, and an additional Henley. Great service, hassle free, no questions asked, and they even covered the shipping.

Each item that was exchanged led to an item that I didn’t want or didn’t fit. Then I cancelled my membership on the day I was to get my next order and got charged! Requested a refund and was told they wouldn’t process a refund. This would never happen if you bought something from a reputable online retailer. Don’t do business with this company.

United States | 29 February 2024The company has a lot of bugs and processes to still work out. Technically I've been a customer for almost 9 months. In that entire time, I received one subscription box and I have returned and exchanged at almost six times, ultimately leading Stately to issue me a credit for the first monthly subscription fee and me searching their out of the box clearance items for the last couple months trying to spend it. I have pushed my next box back month after months until I settled the first box. I will be cancelling my account after I get this last out of the box order. Few things they could work on to be tremendously better. First, the website is buggy as all can be. The filters don't work properly, pictures don't load properly, and while they have a size guide link on every piece of clothing, very few descriptions actually include the cut of the item. So it leaves you clicking on every single piece of clothing, waiting for the slow sight to load, and then manually seeing for yourself that it's out of stock in your desired size. When it actually is in stock, there isn't enough information in the description to help you gauge whether or not it might fit. The models they use are all one size so guessing is where you're left and ultimately punished since they start charging for return shipping. The processing and shipping time is wild. A single purchase typically takes 3 to 4 weeks to arrive. Considering they are a clothing service, I find that pretty ridiculous. To order a piece of clothing, try it on, return. It. Takes well over 2 months. The fashions are quirky at best And the pictures they show prospective customers on the sign up and subscription pages are nothing like the actual items of clothing that they offer. Once they move it to out of the box, you can see the retail price they're charging and compare it to be marked way up from the rest of the internet. Creating a style profile is a waste of time. There is no consideration of my preferences that I found in the items they sent me. On every return, I provided feedback and descriptions of what I liked, what fit well, what didn't fit well etc. Didn't get me anywhere . Customer service was pretty good about getting back to me within 36 to 48 hours. Well, they typically didn't have any helpful information, they did provide consistent positive support and ultimately that's what moved my review from one star to two stars. I would strongly recommend that you find a different service.

United States | 29 February 2024I've been receiving shipments from them for several years. My stylist usually nails just what I want and like. The few times there have been misses, Stately has quickly fixed the matter and sent me what I like, instead. I couldn't be happier.

And the last item ( priced at about 200 dollars ) I’m now requesting to exchange after already exchanging the item it was exchanged for and the item before that ! Ugly and something that a man of 70 years of age would wear . And I had to pay shipping back this last time and probably this next time ! They don’t take returns and their “ stylists “ don’t listen or pay attention to the individual . Horrible horrible company ! Stitch fix is sooo much better . What a joke . I’m so mad !

I recently subscribed to their Presidential package at $499.00 per month, and it's been nothing short of incredible. I received over $1500.00 worth of clothes in my first box, all of which were of fantastic quality and perfect for my business casual and smart office attire needs. The best part? All the items had their original price tags on them, but I paid only a fraction of the cost. It's an unbeatable value! Stately's selection of clothing is truly impressive, and the style profile I completed was spot-on in terms of the items I received. I received two pairs of pants, four shirts, shoes, a quarter-zip sweater, and a three-piece suit - all of which were absolutely perfect. I highly recommend Stately to anyone who is looking for refined and timeless menswear. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!
