Easy to use good clothes

This company is a complete joke. They keep getting shipments wrong. I've tried multiple times for exchanges, but nothing! Was charged again today and I sent an email telling them I never received my last exchange and I keep getting a message from an AI bot. I've cancelled my service and next move is to file a complaint with the FTC, my state attorney general and better business bureau! Do not use this service!

Stately team was able and willing to exchange a non-exchangable item that was beyond my control (fit). Appreciated that very much.

My box was missing an item. My box was a new monthly box plus exchange items. One of my exchange items was not in the box.

The curator and designer for my last box did such a fantastic job because I received so many items that I was beyond impressed and it was really business casual which I’ve been in need of for some time so all the pieces were perfect!

1.) Customer service is 5-stars! 2.) The ease of everything is 4.5 stars. 3.) The clothing brands is a solid 4 stars. 4.) The style of clothes is maybe a 3 for me, personally. I felt like the chosen brands were kind of basic for me/ the Miami lifestyle I dress in. But that's not to say it doesn't work well for business casual and alike! I recommend this company.

bought 3 large jackets that did not fit. returned one because it didn’t have an XL and exchanged the other 2 for XL. I’m a tall, broad guy, but i know I fit well into XL and these two jackets came back the SAME size or smaller with an XL tag on them. Went through chat to set up a return/exchange again and was told i would have to pay to ship back to them the second time. No exceptions. Do not buy from this company, they are not concerned about their customer satisfaction in an industry where it should be priority.

I am extremely pleased with the impeccable styling and personalization of my box. The quality of the shirts and pants, not to mention the fabric, style, and colors of the multiple outfits, is truly exceptional. The versatility of mixing and matching different outfits from just one box is remarkable. My only regret is not doing this sooner.
