Absolutely terrible experience. Return policy clearly states they accept returns for any reason. However, when attempting to make a return I was told they would only allow an exchange. When I pointed out their website said otherwise, they changed it then deleted my online account so I could no longer communicate with them.

Return process is cumbersome and designed to keep you from being able to return clothes. Sizing was consistently poor. Also had a shirt shrink after first washing and they wouldn't return it.

I don’t think there’s an actual stylist who styles anything for its members rather there are just blanket “styles” they send out with every box. I was really excited for my first box, and it was really poor quality clothing - most of which we found on Amazon for $20 bucks. With that being said, there are no returns which means I need to deal with my purchase and also tells me that they are aware that their product is junk. I already cancelled my next box. There’s nothing “stately” about spending $200 bucks for a pile of junk clothes. Recommendation is to stay away.

Terrible experience from the start. No returns, even when they don't send you anything that you asked for. Exchanged clothes multiple times but clothing looks like it's from Costco / bulk stores and holds up only 2-6 wears. RUN AWAY from this subscription service.

Hate this service. It’s basically we bought these things in bulk and want to pawn them off on you wether it’s your style or nor. Received literally the EXACT same item two boxes in a row and had to pay to ship it back for a different option. Never received a box I actually liked enough items to justify. Great idea- terrible execution.

Where to begin, okay here goes: Ordered May 1, took two weeks to get first box. Items did not at all adhere to my style profile and the images I uploaded. For example, I wear mostly muted tones of tan, gray, blue, black, easy right? Not for them. Received green palm leaf shirt, pink pants, a green casual jacket, cheap brands overall. Initiated an exchange, send clothes back by May 30. 2 months later, no package received due to ‘not having pants in my size’. I’m a 36, pretty standard. Told them Id like a refund since they aren’t able to fulfill the order. They say no refunds. I’m in the middle of a dispute with CC and all of a sudden Im getting a package sent. I have no faith that they will deliver on what I ordered since they have already demonstrated that, and now anything that doesn’t fit or I don’t like will have to be shipped back at my expense. If I had the time or inclination i would try to find a lawyer to look into a class action lawsuit, as my experience does not seem to be unique.

Do not subscribe! Use stitch fix! I have allowed my subscription to go for at least 3 shipments, maybe four just to give them a chance. Every box has garbage clothing. It's cheap, it's thin, one shirt had a crooked button pattern, another with bleach stains. I'm mad at myself for not canceling sooner. I wrote specifically what I am and am not interested in yet they still sent me clothing with no regard to my statements. I truly cannot stand this company and its scam. I truly hope someone reaches out to me from the company. They have minimal requirements for analyzing who you are and your style. Again, go with stitch fix. Far superior in clothing quality, service, returns, etc. I've been with them over a year.

Provided detailed description of my style and what I was looking for. After 2.5 weeks I get the first box and it’s no where close to anything I included in my style. I talk to them, they apologize and offer to have it returned and send another box… they send back almost the exact same style of clothes, nothing close to my style or quality of clothes that I discussed with them. Don’t order from here

This subscription service is so bad it’s almost laughable. I’m a very reasonable person, bad reviews are not my thing. I just wish I had read some honest reviews before wasting two months of this subscription service. I followed all the steps suggested to me when creating an account. I updated my style preferences and additional style preferences, even including inspiration photos of my style. These preferences were broken each box I got. Even worse, I returned each box and again I received clothing that completely contradicted my preferences. Example: I included no patterns in my style preferences. Each shipment, including both returns, included clothing with bright obnoxious patterns. The clothing is also not high end. I found the same shirt I received in a box for nine dollars at a discount retailer. Shipping takes almost a month each time so by the time you receive returns for the first box, another really poorly curated box is on its way. I’m convinced that the clothing is picked by machines. There is no way that someone could read a return request stating for the third time that they do not want any patterns, and then put a brightly colored pattern shirt in the return shipment. I thought the support I was receiving at first was good from customer service, until I realized none of it actually was helping.

Clothes not as depicted on social media. Charged me months before sending my first box. The only tops they have sent have all been Ben Sherman brand, no variety. They will not listen to your requests, and have sent me the same exact pieces of clothing on two occasions. I’m certain the “stylist” is random every time and they do not look at your past orders or requests. Some of the prints are absolutely hideous, which is why they give them to you, because no one else would buy them in the stores!!!

I also can only echo previous reviews. I tried two boxes and returns of both before canceling You’ll have better luck at Kohl’s or Nordstrom Rack. Indeed, the Rack had many of the same Taylor Vintage brands you get in the boxes. No sports coats or business casual looks like on their social media accounts—just crappy discount brand stuff—not even coordinated to work together. Stay away

I did everything right. I filled out my profile completely I filled out the additional profile information completely. I included pictures from their own marketing that they requested of the styles that I liked. I was very specific that I was looking for business or business casual. What did they send in my first box? Shorts and T-shirts — to Minnesota in early April when the average temperature is 50° I’m also 53 years old and they sent me clothes that not even a total douche bag 23 year old would wear. There was no personal note for my stylist. No one even bothered to read the information and the photos I shared. After three phone calls and four emails, I got them to send me a new box. The new box included clothes of the exact same style Dash beach clothes meant for a 24 year old. No business clothes not even business casual. DO NOT BELIEVE any of their marketing where you imagine someone reading your profile and thoughtfully picking out clothes for you. They just unload whatever crap they have at a warehouse and send it to you. Borrow a friend’s girlfriend or someone who knows clothes and will go shopping with you. You’ll thank yourself.

Horrible company! Their communication is terrible, they try everything they can not to cancel account, or accept returns. There is no contact phone number on their site. Their email replies are very vague, and not tot the point. I had to call my card company to dispute as well as block any future charges. They SUCK!

Horrible Company to work with. Ordered and the clothes they sent were horrible and would guess they were from Tjmaxx or Marshalls. Trying to get them to email you back when you want a exchange is also terrible. I filed a credit card complaint and forwarded my credit card company all the emails I sent to them with no replies back!

Stately will not provide a refund and the clothes are not as advertised. Very low quality even at highest level of membership. Cancellation clunky and still in progress. Do not buy from this site!

The clothes I received did not represent the quality/style of clothes shown in their marketing. They do not allow returning of items. They do allow a slow and tedious exchange process. I believe I’m am close to a month into the exchange process without a solution from the company. The clothes remind of Ross and Nordstrom Rack clearance items. They said they would send me outfits that would match the climate I live. We are going into the summer months in California, and I received 2 jackets, mostly all long sleeve shirts, 1 pair of pants, and some blue boots.

I can only echo the statements made below. The clothing is not premium and their service is very bad. I sent them, at additional cost me, several items for returns in November 2021 yet they never responded. For a three month period I endured box after box with items I would never ware. I told them and tried to get replacements but it never happened. Save your money cancel and try stitch fix! Awful truly.

Yep...I should have read the reviews! I thought this would be the answer to "no time to shop" but I was wrong. Instead, it cost me money but most importantly TIME. As noted in the other reviews, they always send the wrong sizes, then you have to send an email because you can't call anyone. You won't get a reply to your email for a week or so. If you are lucky it will be within a week. And any email exchange with them takes weeks because, and they admit this, they are very busy with emails so any reply can take 3-4 days. By the time you get all this resolved, you could have just gone to the mall and picked out the right sized clothes for yourself! All the clothing is made in China with big price tags. Crap! Then on top of that, I was supposed to get a credit on my first order, you know the one they always market you with, and that never happened...even after three months of using their service. On the third time I received the wrong clothing I asked for a refund and they don't give refunds. Well, I don't pay a stupid company to cost me time and don't fulfill their marketing promises so I cancelled! There is more but I think you get the point. I'll point out that on their website they have nothing but 5 star reviews so I'm sure they simply eliminate anything that is not 5 star. AND I can't even post a review on their site and I have an account. SCAMMERS! That's how I got sucked in. HEED THE WARNINGS...AVOID THIS COMPANY! They do not honor their word, they don't honor their marketing, they will waste your time and your money.

This is probably one of the worst experiences I've had with online shopping. I spent time picking out my style, sizes, items I need/Want and end up receiving the wrong sizes, the wrong styles (I wanted professional casual and received hoodies and tee shirts). I've tried to contact customer services multiple times but only wat to reach them is through email, which have all gone unanswered. They've not given me credit for items returned and they keep sending me boxes of items of wrong style and sizes. I will make it my duty to let everyone know to stay away from this company.

RIP OFF RIP OFF! they will send clothes that you request not to send, and wrong sizes. They pick through clothes at ross and package them to look like you score but they don't even match.
