I just completed my first order and was a little hesitant because this is brand new to me but had my expectations exceeded by the order curated by Andrea, my friends also agreed the style was spot on and I feel like I am the only one around here with such cool clothes since most stuff is close to the same from local stores. The sign up was easy and they ask questions and preferences to dial in to what you want, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time, the clothes were beautiful and are quality and I was on the Luxe plan so it was not even the top tier. I feel like this is a huge burden lifted from me because I work 60-70 hours a week and don't have time to look for new clothes and in addition to being a HUGE convenience I feel like it would be either the same cost or less than if I went clothes shopping on my own and I don't have to step into a store!!!! What's more is they are definitely better at picking out clothes than I would be so it's wins all around. I am completely satisfied and will definitely recommend to people I know. Thank you Andrea and the team at Stately and I can't wait for my next order!

I’ve been with Stately for a while and I’ll be the first to admit that their early success and quick growth led to significant customer support issues, but they’ve upped their staff, have good follow up and a truly personalized experience. If you tried their service earlier and left I’d encourage you to consider coming back. If you’re new, you’re in for a treat, great clothes and a responsive team.

I researched several "box clothing clubs" and chose Stately. I received my first box and was very impressed with getting $633 worth of clothes for only $179. Everything was fashionable and high quality. I am already excited to see what my stylist picks for me next month. I will become a long time Stately Man.

It has been a month and I still have not received my box. Several times I have been told they would have the box shipped the next day and I still have not received shipping information.

What isn't a scam, but may as well be one? I have a hint. This brand. OVERVIEW: The clothes I was shipped were new, and of decent quality. But definitely not anything I would ever order or purchase myself. These are high-end clothes that you would find on the clearance rack at Nordstrom, Sears, or Marshalls. Colors, fits, and styles that didn't sell. And there's a good reason. THE SCAM: You cannot return the items, only exchange them. They also charge you to return these items. It is too great of a burden to return them, so most people will not bother. Because of this business practice, which I personally would describe as 'dicey,' no one will bother to ever make the exchange. EVEN WORSE: I found most of the items I was shipped at other online stores. All were on sale. If I had purchased these items at these sites, the total would have been comparable to what I paid. The key difference is that all of these sites allow you to return items you are not happy with. I will never do business with Stately again.

If it's too good to be true....it is. Clothes were new, of decent quality, just not stuff i would ever buy or wear myself. My assessment....it is the clothes you would find on the clearance rack at Saks off-fifth, Nordstrom Rack, Marshalls or an outlet mall. Colors and styles that didn't sell. You cant return only exchange....and you have to pay to send the items back. Someone at Goodwill will be very happy. Not the best $300 I ever spent. I would not purchase again. Update to this review: I found most if not all my items on Nordstrom Rack, Saks off fifth, Walmart or other online stores. All were on sale at 70%-80% off list....if i purchased these items at these sites the total cost came out to around $300 at the discounted prices. All of these sites allow you to return. I wont purchase from Stately again.

wrong size pants. My dashboard is correct at 36 waist but they sent me 34 waist. They also sent underwear, really, underwear. Poor quality on some shirts. Do not use this service.

I'm a little torn at reading the bad reviews for the company. Fortunately, my experience far exceeded my expectations (so far). I ordered the LUX PLAN and this was my first box. I filled out the profile and was detailed in what I was looking for. When I received my box, the style fit me perfectly. I'm 5'8" 220 lbs, so I'm athletically built, and they managed to send me items that compliment me perfectly. I'm waiting on my second box next month, so hopefully the consistency will remain. After my first box, I can confidently say that I am impressed, and will continue my subscription.

I received my first box and my wife and I had fun going through the articles of clothing I received. Emmanuel, stylist, sent a card and stated he picked items that were suitable for time appropriate cold weather conditions here in Pa. I liked every piece. I am signed up for a shipment next month which I’ll keep. Clothing that came met my criteria.

The customer service is some of the best I’ve experienced. You’ve gained a loyal customer for life!

I just got my first box as a Regal member and am very impressed. The English Laundry jeans fit soo well and the Ben Sherman jacket is super comfy. My wife is dying to know if they'll come out with a woman's box! Im sticking around for the next box!

I originally signed up on the Luxe Plan. The first box wasn't bad but that was on me since I didnt fully complete my style profile. Once i went through it the boxes that came after were amazing! The styling was so on point that i upgraded to Regal. Now I'm getting shoes in every box and the clothes are really nice. They just added a Presidential plan so now I'm eying that plan!

I consider myself very picky when it comes to clothes so i was very reluctant to sign up for any clothing subscription service. I tried Stitch Fix and hated that I had to pay full retail for the items I wanted to keep. I tried Stately and was blown away. Not only did I NOT have to pay full price for each item but I could also exchange any of the items I didn't like. I'm definitely recommending them!

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. I switched from "StitchFix" to try something new and purchased the "Regal" Plan and everything that I received looks like things that you can purchase for much cheaper at Target or Walmart. The clothes that I that were looks NOTHING like the style that I uploaded on my profile. The pictures that they upload on their social media are not what they send you. I specifically noted on my profile to stay away from plaid or anything with lines and they sent two items with just that. I should have just stuck with "StitchFix" because at least that company send you pictures of what they are going to send you before they send it and allow returns.

Stately is a complete ripoff. Poor quality and styling choices. Worse yet, 3 weeks after I cancelled my subscription they sent me a new box and charged me for it. Don't give them your credit card info.

Be VERY sure to read the fine print. If you’re disappointed with what you get you have very little recourse and it’s an awful feeling. Once a box is processed - before you even get it- you are stuck with it. There are NO REFUNDS- so be sure to skip a box after your first one to make sure you actually want the service or you’ll quickly be stuck paying big time for a box of clothes that you don’t want. Exchanges are clunky and the stylists are useless. I made an easy and specific sizing request for my very first box that was flat out ignored- making that item useless. If you’re shorter or skinny you’re not likely to get anything that fits and there are no XS. Better off avoiding completely as their business model is trapping you into things instead of mixing and matching like most other box deals.

I signed up for a regal plan and was promised $200 worth of bonus items which should have had watch, hat etc. I received the package with no bonus items. Upon following up I was told the jacket is a bonus item. I was like really. The jacket is the standard in the Regal Plan which is a $300 plan. So all I received for $300 is pair of tshirts, pant and accessories. Big big mistake. Followed up with customer service and they were giving standard replies like I am not the only one suffering. Plus dont go by youtubers who look like actual customers, they are all paid channels which you can find on stately website. Avoid it at all costs. Thanks me later.

Terrible company, avoid at all costs. I took the time to fill out specifically what I was looking for - business casual clothes for the office. Their advertising on Instagram showed clothes that were exactly what I was looking for. However, in reality - they provided a lot of cheap clothing that is no where near my style. There wasn't an option to approve or reject the stylist picks. I honestly do not believe there is even a stylist - I think this business finds cheap garbage and marks it up significantly. Do not waste your time with this joke of a company. I've sent my box back to Stately, attempting to get a refund and they will not comply. Their website is loosely worded in terms of refund/exchange/returns. Avoid!!! Stitchfix, Nordstrom, several other subscription companies are much better than this clown show.
