United States | 12 February 2025I purchased a jacket from this company during the Christmas season for my son. I never received my order. I called the customer service line but it was disconnected. I emailed the company telling them I had not received the order. They insisted it had been and stopped responding to my emails but kept my money, $70. This company is extremely unprofessional in handling issues. Does nothing to make things right with the customer. As of this post I still have not heard anything from this company in regards to my issue or repayment! I do not recommend anyone buying from this company!

United States | 11 February 2025I got about 4 boxes. Some of it looks nice and fits, but they are a deceitful and crafty company. First of all, in 4 boxes I got 3 items that were from recognizable brands. Everything else is their no-name in-house brands that they are passing off as fashion. Also, when I signed up, they said that shipping back items that didn't fit was free. After my first box, they changed the terms and tried to charge me to send stuff back that didn't fit. This is majorly behind the times, when I can buy off-brand clothing on Amazon and ship it back for free with no questions asked. Finally, when I decided to cancel I asked them to refund my final box which had not been shipped yet (I missed the "window" by one day). They basically told me to pound sand because I had agreed to the terms. Is this a good business practice? Is this how you keep customers and get them to recommend you to others? Definitely not. And now (updated), when I try to tell people about my experience on facebook, they block me. They are doubling down on bad customer service instead of addressing anything. Good luck with that!

United States | 03 February 2025This is an update in my original review. Read to the bottom. They tired the bait and switch on me. I tired to purchase a plan and was told it would receive free items, then the code for the free items did not work they told me I had to purchase a higher priced plan to receive the code, then I tried the higher priced plans, and the code still did not work. This is illegal. Update Jan 04, 2025 I have text to prove my statements that the free offer was not allowed at the lower plan price point. This is not a false statement as I have text from the companies chat help desk to prove what I claim. After more conversations with the company through email, they will not refund my money, however they said that they are sending me the products that I paid for. As of this review update, I have yet received the items. Apparently, it takes 10 days to ship. I also have no evidence that they are giving me the free items that they are claiming to have credited me. I will report back once I receive the package in the mail and give an update. I did receive the package from Stately Men. They added the clothing that was part of the discount code. The clothing inside is quality and well stylized. I am very satisfied with the product and end result service. I will continue to use this service. I would make a final recommendation to the company. Please make it more clear for your customers on the use of the discount codes and when they apply, also please provide more education to your customer service representatives so that everyone at the company is saying the same thing to the customer. This would have resulted in my never having to write the original review. Thank you for taking the time to make this write and you now have a loyal customer because of your efforts.
