The service is very easy and convenient. Their customer service and attentiveness of the stylist is great. Shipping was quick and transparent. I love the items I received. Everything fit and looks great. I’m definitely going to continue on with Stately to sharpen and up-level my style.

I was very pleased with the variety and quality of the clothes in my first box. I had requested a suit that I could wear to an upcoming wedding. The suit that was included was great - the coordinating belt, shoes, and shirt were a nice touch. Overall, I was impressed with the service.

Trash Products. Cheap leather shoes that will crease and eventually crack. No REFUNDS once they get your money. Everything is EXCHANGE ONLY. Do not buy from these crooks.

The style selection was great. Packaging was professional and carefully wrapped. One small issue is that the inside of the box has an aroma of cigarettes? Could not figure that out - I am not a smoker. Otherwise all was great.

I have been using Stately for a year and a half and in that time each box has been better than the one before. I have loved every piece of clothing that has been sent to me and it has elevated my style. I look forward to receiving each box and what the stylists have chosen. It's been great to update my wardrobe without breaking the bank.

Scam, do not use Stately. My first and only box had to exchange items 3 times, they only pay for 1 exchange for free, you cannot return anything. I wear an XL, never anything else, everything they sent the XL is skin tight. The brands are a mystery. I think Stately is a dumping ground for clothes that were messed up or stuff that could not sell somewhere else. After round three of exchanges they sent more XL that do not fit, I am throwing out or donating them, I need to make the pain end.. Not sure if Duck Head is a real brand ($98 for a shirt) but Stately is tarnishing their reputation. Styling was thoughtless, first box Gray, fake patton, leather dress shoes…what? I guarantee the owner of Stately does not wear his own junk, especially those shoes. All I wanted was an easy way to get new stuff, it was a massive PIA. Exchanges are difficult on purpose and take forever and no returns so they have no accountability to do a good job. 1 paid exchange and shipping is on you after one exchange. Read other reviews, I am telling the truth.

My experience was amazing. The stylist was able to assist me with the style that I was looking for and fit that will that makes me feel good about myself and my new style.

I REALLY like the style of the clothes and the quality seems really good. I need to see how they hold up after a few washes. The biggest improvement Stately can make is on their website. Ya'll need an app to make it quick and easy. Also, we should be able to see the detail on previous purchases, so we can see what we liked and maybe shop for additional colors.

Stately has helped me raise my clothes game! My clothes have been needing an upgrade for a long time now and I’ve tried shopping but just couldn’t find the right things to put together good looks. When my first Stately box arrived I had at least three new looks that went together well in different combinations. The shoes complemented the shirts and jacket in a way I never could. I’m really happy with all my new Stately looks and the clothes are all top-notch quality. High quality clothes really make a difference.

This "company" is trash... PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY. If you were to purchase a subscription there is NO way you can review the clothing before they pick it for you. If you get items you don't like tough s*** because you own it now. Best I can do is a different size. No refunds...ever. The clothes are not first-rate from companies you have never heard of and expect 3 sizes too small. When I complained about the inability to return the clothes to the rep in the chat, they sent me a copy of the return policy. A good example of their great customer service. Your company is different than every other online clothing company I've worked with and you DO NOT let it be known upfront. Burying it in the legalese is dishonest at best.

It has not been a disappointment with Stately. The quality of the clothes and the great combinations made by your stylist are on point. They listen to your suggestions and your personal style. I recommend anyone to try it and see the simplicity of getting new clothes once a month or whenever you decide to receive your next box, Great Job!!!!

Every box is right on target, feel like an 8 year old on Christmas every time one arrives. Clothes my stylist chooses are not my usually choices but always look fantastic and make me feel like my own version of GQ.
