Great customer service, and a wide variery of models indeed. Will be better if you can lower the spend required for free shipping, because it isn't really good if I pay 40-50 pounds for the model and 6 pounds for shipping.

Goods arrived today the engine of one of my models was broken of when opened but managed to get it superglued on. Would have returned it for a replacement but don't wana get taxed by customs again so I have to stick with it. The 2 other models arrived perfect. Delivery was fairly quick which was very good. Update: sent email about a week ago no response to it yet. Edit: 29/07/2024 They said below they would send me a discount when I contacted them did a while back and they never reached back.

Second time ordering from this company. It arrived early for the birthday boy and excellent quality.

The scale on the website was 1/200 but when the invoice came through it was for 1/500

Overall not a bad company but they really do need to check the items they send. Two models sent with faults which need me to take time to deal with the emails. I sent pictures which they ask for with my iphone and that was not ok, they needed jpeg. I wish they would check there stuff before sending.

Their prices are way too high for items that are tiny! The pictures of product are larger than the product.

Good service but be prepared for getting hit for tax on import after purchase.

I have been collecting aircraft models for decades and purchased many hundreds of items over that time, and have never had an experience even close to how awful dealing with this company was. I ordered three ANA A380 models from them, one of each color of their unique livery. The orange model came with a stand that was broken, or broke as soon as I tried to display the model. It took me some time to find a way to communicate with them about it, and eventually sent them an email through their web site about the problem. In reply they asked for photos of the broken stand, which I provided. After then going back and forth in a number of emails, they rejected providing me any assistance -- even in helping me purchase a new stand -- because my email to them was a few days past their "Returns Policy" deadline, leaving me with a model with a broken stand and no way to replace it, even by purchasing one. Instead, to "add insult to injury" they offered me a discount on another item, which I will not be using as I can't trust their customer service ever again, and recommend other buyers do the same. Beware being a customer of this company, they will not try to assist you with any problems or defective issues from their merchandise.
