Ordered 19 Nov 2024, label created the same day, 31 Dec today and they still haven't managed to pass the box to UPS. Impossible to reach on phone. Always forwards you to some dodgy mobile number's voicemail which no one monitors /responds to. They only respond to written messages on their website with an email and still hasn't sent the package to UPS. I researched the company trying to decide if they're crooks or incredibly incompetent at what they do. This a question a customer should never have to ask.

Provided everything we needed and I have a happy son. He loves the Beluga

I ordered my partner the emirates 777 aircraft model for a Christmas present which did not get opened until Christmas Day due to it being a present, it was broke in multiple places being the wing and the engine , my partner was gutted on Christmas Day… I emailed the company to ask for a replacement and they were absolutely no help , they have a 7 day policy from purchase to refund or issue a replacement. Paying the amount of money I did for it to come broke and receive absolutely no help at all from customer services , I will not be buying from this company again!

Package ordered 14th Dec, shipping label created 16th, true shipping 21st. Package with gifts missed Christmas currently in Germany. On its way to Poland. AMS blamed UPS as one who lost parcel while it was not shipped at all. No interest in finding solutions. Now have son without gift, couldn't order elsewhere risking no refund on returned products. Paid extra for 2 days shipping :( Very unprofessional. Will avoid in future.

Ordered 2 die cast planes for my 8 year old grandson as a Christmas present which arrived within 2 days, excellent. The planes were of excellent quality but much smaller than expected for the price I paid. I decided to return the items and after contacting the company for details on how to return, the items were returned and a refund processed within a few days. These items are clearly for the enthusiast and therefore my error in ordering them and not fully understanding the scale of the items. Excellent no quibble customer service and I would recommend them but check the scale of the items you are purchasing.

Prompt and efficient service as always from AMS. Items arrived well packed and in good order. I had no enquiries this time , but whenever I do the expert staff are always helpful and polite. Excellent company to deal with !
