Hi i bought my son a plane modle it is a boeing 717 delta 1:400 scale but the only problem we had when i camenit had no wheels on it and i have searched the internet for some wheels to super glue on but i cant find any your sincerely lewis mclaughlan

Given a lot of custom to this company and when it came down to purchasing another model for Xmas for my son through Clearpay they didn’t send the goods out but didn’t inform me either that they were not going to send them. They advise there was an outstanding issue with a previous order! Which they say they refunded,and that they did not receive a returned item I sent back. So now they are taking payment for my new order and are using the payments for the old order so they won’t send out the models for Xmas for my son total incompetence and a very disgruntled customer. I’ve had to chase them where’s my order etc they didn’t think to tell me this is what they were doing!! So sat waiting for my son’s Xmas presents which were never going to arrive .

Excellent service prompt dispatch only problem by Royal Mail saying it would be delivered today and eventually turned up 3 days later. Product was fantastic
