Made an online purchase on 6 July 2018, it is 22 August 2018 and nothing have been received. Was misled to think that stock are available as the store allows purchases to proceed despite not having any stock. Various tactics in excuses are used when questioned, such as claims broken model from supplier, supplier shipping wrong model and at one time they even push to ship a different model! When ask for refund, they totally ignore to reply. Till now..nothing have been received! Will NOT be doing any more purchase with this store!

We had ordered a item but was out of stock they kept us informed on what was happening. In the end we chose another item and it was promptly sent. The customer service was excellent. We would buy again without hesitation and recommend for anyone else.

I usually order over the phone to buy presents for my Dad. I never have any idea what to buy but the staff always help me to pick something my Dad loves. I recently made a mistake with my address & after calling to change it my model still arrived in 4 days! The staff are always helpful and I have never had any problems.

I ordered a Model on 24th January and it’s now 2nd February and I still haven’t received the Model. Order status says Awaiting Fulfillment. I tried calling no answer. Have e mailed to ask what is happening. Model supposedly in Stock in the UK, I’m in the UK. Not good service unfortunately.

Good customer service however their logistics are in need of review. They have stock that is not actually available listed as available and there seems to be a long turn around time for replacement of stock. They should be more forth coming with what is actually available to order...

Really bad company they took 9 days since they got my money to just preparing the orther, not even sending it, and that is from UK to UK on a item they said they have it. tried to call them but nobody answers.
