I am 30 juni a wrongly delivered boing 747 returned . On 29 July, I have the money still does not get back . far sometimes not respond to emails or it is promised that I get my money . But the money does not come . really bad service . never again to buy there!

Since collecting, I found AMS. It has a range of models by many brands in different scales. Most are reasonably priced especially the sale models. Discounts do come often and save you a few pounds. I would use again without a doubt.

I placed an order of 5 planes two days ago and I check the status and it says 'Awaiting Fulfillment'. I check the order details and it shows that one of the planes I Purchased was Out of Stock. This doesn't make any sense because when I purchased it, it said it was in stock. I've been trying to contact some form of customer support through email and by phone; no luck whatsoever. Im pretty sure my order wont even go through because of that one plane. Very disappointed for a first time customer.

I've bought a few times from AMS and find the service, delivery and products first class. Have no hesitation in recommending them and will definitely be back to shop soon. Thanks as always.

Finally there is a good aircraft model store to by planes from my friend recommended you and said this is the best store and he was right they have every model I wanted except a few which are out of stock but they always give a 100% to each of there customers and there service is top quality they are a five star company and in my opinion they are the Uk's number 1 I would definitely recommend them with no hesitation what so ever

Such a good company. I've finally managed to find a model aircraft company that has such good prices, such good service and actually sends me the right model. The shipping service is nice and quick. All of the models that I have ordered from AircraftModelStore have been shipped within a day. I love this service and I would never order my models from any other company again because of the service. I will always use AircraftModelStore whenever I need/want to order a model. 10/10 from me. Aircraft model store is great, and i have started to used them allot more since they started stocking phoenix models a while ago. They have great prices, which is great. Before i bought all phoenix models from the usa as the uk retailers where in my view overpriced, along came AMS and i havent ordered from the usa in a long time. The customer service i have experience is above and beyond. They are very helpful and have answered any questions i have had quickly. They are fast to fix any issues that have came up, such as a phoenix model with a defect (phoenix fault not AMS), what is refreshing about this online store compared to others is that they have listened to their customer feedback and are improving all the time.

They help you 7/24 if you have any question. Also shipping and normal prices are incredibly cheap. Don't wait, shop from them.
