item was ordered in error (my son believed it to be a model, but is only a stand) - attempted to cancel 4 mins after ordering. Emails are not being answered , nor is the request to return the item. Very poor customer service and would not recommend anyone buying from them

Box is a bit tarnish probably because of sunlight but the model inside is in perfect conditions. Excellent delivery.

Really happy with the A380 1/200 Gemini Jets British Airways model; as always from this site. One criticism is that the box is quite badly battered up, something I noticed others have said too.

I ordered an Icelandair Boeing 757-200 1/200 scale, it was great, but the packaging was a little damaged and it arrived a few days late, but overall the models are good and sturdy.

Great selection of models on the site itself with the added bonus of telling you how many of a particular item are left in stock. Models arrived in A1 condition & on time.

Excellent model shop stocking all of our favourites from 1:500 through to 1:200. Whatever the budget you will find something big or small that fits your need wether you are a collector or you want a model for the child in you’re life this store is the place to be for all things aviation.

Good selection of products, easy transition with good delivery time and packing. Not the cheapest and the price match excludes many of the options. Thus why have a price match policy. Either they should do away with it or be confident in their pricing by including all channels. Overall a good experience. Unable to comment on the quality as it to be gifted.
