As per rhe photographs the model quality is looking stunning and realistic. I ordered from India but the delivery is taking too much time still i am waiting for received. Also price is quite higher side.

I was reassured about the timings and possible delays but also what they were doing to ensure I get my model on time; my model arrived few days later, packed with great care. Had a slight issue with my order prior to Christmas, AMS handled it all for me and sorted it out. First class customer service. Would happily use again.

I've made countless orders from AMS and have spent far too much. Experiences has been very positive although I did have some broken models due to shipping but no fault of AMS. Any issues were rectified immediately and put right. I cannot fault the customer support hence I kept going back to AMS for my monthly purchases. Could I suggest that AMS pack the models in the middle of the box and put the paper padding around it. Sometimes the models shifts around during shipping and may dent the sides of the packaging. Other than that, all is good and happy with my purchases.

Unfortunately the model had a paintwork defect - when I contacted AMS they offered me the choice of a partial refund and keep the model, or return for a full refund or replacement. I chose to return for a replacement which was quickly shipped once the defective one had been returned using a postage label sent by AMS. Overall very happy with outcome.
