I just wanted to say I received my clip together A350-1000 today in Spain and am so impressed with the quality of the plane. I bought one from a Spanish website previously and was nowhere near the same quality. Delivery was quick, the only one issue was the import fee I had to pay which was €25. But due to the quality and speedy delivery it was well worth the extra. So thanks again and I will certainly be ordering from you in the future.

The website is very easy to use and the order came within 48hours of ordering. The models are highly detailed and are very well made. However, the delivery price was extremely pricy considering it was coming from Manchester and I live around that area (£5.00). That was the cheapest option as well!

Although AMS primarily deals in models from civil aviation, they also have a decent range of military aircraft types and periodically offer generous discounts. The website is very easy to use and my latest purchase was delivered very promptly.

I love the aircraft model store, and I’m looking to buy from it much more. The only problem is that the shipping is so expensive, I can get something for 44AED, but because of shipping, it ends up costing me over 200AED. Now I’m not sure if you guys can fix this, I just needed to bring it to your attention. Even if it doesn’t get fixed, I’ll still buy from the AMS website.

Avoid Avoid Avoid! I bought a small Wizz Airplane model for my son and paid £45.00 for it. It arrived in time and as described. However, within few minutes of playing with it, the model simply fell apart in our hands! The tail, wings and wheels. I was shocked and decided to get in touch with the customer service to explain to them what happened, with the hope it was just a faulty one and asked for it to be replaced with the same one, or to give me a refund instead. I also explained how my son who was waiting for it to arrive was so disappointed from this poor quality aircraft, and the bits which came off were dangerous as well. To my shock and horror the customer service advisor was very unhelpful and wrote that it is not in their policy to give a refund or replace if it was played with regardless the length of time! I tried again to reason with her but she just tried to brush the responsibility off her back. After I said I will warn others not to buy from this company, she sent me an email advising me to GLUE the airplane! So please avoid buying from them if you don’t want your children to be disappointed from their products.
