2nd time I have ordered form them and 2nd time it has been a disappointment. I will never make that mistake again,ever!!!! This time the plane toy is not working as it should and they customer service is sooooo poor. They have no clue how to deal with complaints. I will no spend a penny with them ever again.

Amazing as always, this is my 2nd purchase from AMS. This time was the Phoenix Etihad A350. Amazing design and extremely detailed only thing I didn't like was the left wing was off, wasn't expecting that, but it's nothing super glue won't fix! Overall Amazing as ever! Will be buying from Phoenix again keeping in mind that a wing might be off!

everytime I buy a Phoenix model the logo tail is moved to the right this happens only when I buy products from AMS! also the delivery time is over 2 weeks not 5! Would not recomend shopping from here!

I’ve shopped at AMS for many years now and I have found them to be of the highest standards in their models and customer service. If I’ve had any problems (which has only happened once over the many years) it was sorted out straight away. I would highly recommend been a member with them as well, as it saves you quite a bit of money over the year. The postage options are fantastic, I can order in the morning and the model arrives with me the next working day. I honestly can’t fault shopping at AMS.
