Fast delivery and lots of information re arrival , excellent service

Pretty horrible experience, I clearly ordered three 1/200 plane models and somehow they have sent me two 1/200 and one 1/250. It’s so frustrating as I needed these for a certain date and now I have to go through the hassle of sending one back from no fault of my own. The service is quite slow and the delivery was also slow. Not to mention one good plane I received, the engine keeps falling off! I wouldn’t even mind if they gave me my money back for there mistake because I a smaller plane than what I payed for.

Although - due to the temporary non availability of some items - it took a while longer than expected to satisfy my original order, my queries were always answered promptly and my dealings with the Aircraft Model Store were invariably positive. Once the order was dispatched (to Malaysia) it actually arrived with me in good condition and before the Model Store was able to give me a Tracking Number. The contents of the box were all in good order and undamaged.

Excellent customer service for international shipment to the other side of the world. The model although packed into an oversized shipping carton was very well packaged for safe shipment and arrived safely six days after payment. I'm an aviation enthusiast to the extent that I earned my private pilot's licence on a Cessna 150 and a Cessna 172 Skyhawk, I spotted the model Skyhawk on AMS and just had to have it.
