Don't order on this website! Even if you pre-order a model their is absolutely no guaranty that you will have the model cause they seems to buy less model than they can actually sell. After contacting the support they'll ask you to choose another model by cheking the one that are "in stock" and .... ooooooh what a surprise... you will find the one you wanted that's marked "in stock" while it's obviously not -_- Of course they already took your money this whole time !

I bought an a330 military model and the level of quality is very high, amazing detail and features. My only complaint is that one of the movable undercarriage is a bit stiff to move and the model had some minor irrelevant scratches, but the overall is perfect

My first order from AMS, will definitely be ordering from here again. Some of the items that I was looking for were out of stock, but that is to be expected with such a wide catalog, plus what I did order took less than a week to arrive with free delivery (even though i made the mistake of ordering on a bank holiday weekend with Royal Mail) Overall great prices and a wide range of sales on loads of stuff across the store. Would 100% recommend if you are in the market for model aircraft and accessories.

My second order from them. I made this purchase for 3 models in November of 2020. Two of these models were pre-orders, so a certain delay was expected. They kept in touch to inform me of the estimated dates they would expect the models on pre-order. When the time came unfortunately one model was out of stock. However, their highly profesional team offered a variety of solutions. In the end we swapped the out of stock model for two models in stock and my four models arrived exceptionally fast (from the UK to Colombia).
