Couldn’t recommend this company enough, I’m new to the hobby and was after my first model, I was looking for a particular plane. After looking at multiple shops online AMS was the cheapest so naturally I chose them! I’m very glad I did, I had a few questions and everything was dealt with promptly, excellent customer service from start to finish! The prices are more than competitive and cheaper than lots of other places. The package came within 48 hours and arrived safe and sound! Couldn’t be happier with my first experience and I will be buying again shortly! Highly recommend AMS to anyone! Thank you all :)

Yet another order placed with this reliable aircraft model retailer. The order was confirmed, then updated when dispatched. I received notification that the order was being delivered on the day specified. On receipt the box was well sealed and in excellent condition. Inside the box the models were protected very well. The model boxes were in excellent condition. Also each of the models was in excellent condition. Happy customer. I will be purchasing again soon!

I was bought a model from AMS as a gift, however it was the wrong item. The staff at AMS were helpful and attentive in resolving the situation, providing clear return information and then issuing a credit note. Very straight forward and no chatbots or AI, just honest to goodness real people at the end of the line; a treat these days!

i often buy from this shop and i LOVE it. they are helpful, listen to my requests... all the models i receive are good. i live in the middle east. shipping sucks usually but i get them on within reasonable time.. so who says their is a delay: COME ON you know the delays in covid crisis is worldwide for those who say we received the plane with broken parts: might be the fault of the shop, but also remember the faults of manufacturer (snapped off parts) & courier services how they handle mails in stupid way.. i had few issues but it was easy to fix
