Although a quick service the oder of a stand was marred by them sending only the base and not the upright; it was expensive to purchase and the postage was very high. Instead of just sending the upright I had to send the item back to them, at further cost to me! Not sure I would use them again...

Aircraft model store is one of the best websites I’ve used in relation to ordering models. I’ve used this website before and both times I’ve been thoroughly impressed in the levels of customer service that I was met with - this was the first time I used their website for a pre-order model and, since I was eagerly awaiting the arrival, I got a bit paranoid but the staff responded to my emails and concerns on a time appropriate manner and I’ll definitely recommend using this website. I will be for future order.

I have never had an issue with the aircraft model store until my latest order. Send the wrong parts in a box which had originally been opened and stuck back together again. Nether-less i accepted the parcel and then found a part missing. Trying to have this rectified by the returns department at AMS has proven to be brain surgery. The advisor i am having emial communication with doesn't actually seem to want to help and you get the sense of that from his emails. For the first time since using AMS i would say less than 1 star and i am seriously thinking of taking my business elswhere

Just received the aeroclix flybe dash 8.lovely click together model.with rotating props to.very pleased in the latest scheme.

They are disputing the size of aircraft sent to me the website states size as 1-200 but is actually 1-150, they asked for pic to be sent I did but they say they can not make out the size for model they have agreed to take model back but will not refund postage paid dispite it being their mistake think twice before shopping with them I am going to adjust my review to 3 stars as they have now apologised that they did make the mistake so I will use them again

I had an order for a flight sim accessory, but the order didn’t cone for a while and wondered what was going on, but of course since the item was in such high demand it was difficult to tell when or what was going on, so luckily i got in contact and AMS sorted everything and did next day shipping on their next availability i am extremely grateful, they are such a fantastic company!.

Placed an order from aircraft model store on the 6th December 2020 and still yet to receive it. I’ve repeatedly contacted them over email and phone asking where my order is and I get the same ‘it is now ready for shipment’ response over and over. I tried to cancel my order yesterday and asked for a full refund and they refused. They’re now not responding to my emails. Legal action is under way. DO NOT order from them. They’re quite clearly scammers.

I can’t find this model One two go in Thailand because this airline is out of business in July 2010. but, i found it in AMS. The seller is trustable and quick response mail.
