Absolutely brilliant company. There customer service is second to none. Shame not all companies are like this. Contacted them yesterday afternoon to ask if a model was in stock. They replied almost instantly. I ordered the model and it arrived at my front door this morning. Wow! Will definitely be ordering again from them.

I was really pleased & a little surprised to hear AMS had stock, every where else didn't. I thought it was too good to be true but just 2 days later it turned up. Even the price was better than anyone else. Very impressed and happy.

I am delighted, with the 10 models that I received from AMS, scale 1/200. In these COVID times, the package still arrived in Lusaka, ZAMBIA, safe and sound, within 10 days, via UPS. The quality is awesome and I am excited to report that, I will be returning to purchase much more. I have recently ordered and received 3 1:400 scale models and, as previously, am very pleased. The condition of the models is something you can rely on, which is not always the case on a well-known internet auction site.

I have had many orders from here. Always comes quickly. Good prices and delivery always comes when it’s says.

Son is mad about 1/400 commercial airliners and this is the best place to find them - particularly unusual ones. He saved up pocket money to buy one but I've added another for Christmas. The service is exceptional and the items are delivered speedily with email updates and tracking so you know exactly when it's arriving. Needless to say, one happy son now.

I recently purchased the Herpa 1:400 scale Antonov An225 from AMS. The service was excellent as was the item. I would recommend and definitely buy from them again.☆☆☆☆☆

I took their offer about the newly stocked Antonov An-225 in 1:400. The model was posted very quickly, but unfortunately both nose gears of the model were broken upon unboxing. I managed to glue them back, but I would suggest doing a quality inspection before packing the models, as I believe that this did not happen during the shipping. Maybe I am wrong, we will never know.

I've purchased the software from AMS web site. Made multiple inquires about getting the shipping tracking number from AMS sells department via email, no response. The second email was answered by Ben, but he said that the sells department should be contacted. I let him know that I did reached out to them but received no response and on their web site it said that "If you have any questions about your order, please contact Aircraft Model Store using their admin email address. No word from anyone after email and still no status update or tracking number. I'm not sure whats going on. ** Update ** 1st Oct 2020 I have been contacted by AMS about my order they have shipped the software and provided a tracking number. I'm not sure why took so long to get help, but thank you Ben for looking into this issue.

Service was great quick delivery,unfortunately the revell model of the Spitfire is not good,will not buy Revell again.
