If you did pre-order the delivery date kept getting put back. Went to AMS could supply it in 1/2weeks. True to their word here within 10 days. A delighted grandson. The shop is great! Whenever I need something, like a model swap or refund etc. The staff is always helpful and answer emails and phone calls. They have a great selection of models, and none came broken to me yet. Amazing business, highly recommend it

aircraftmodelstore.co.uk is an okay store. My only tip is to reach out to the team before making a purchase as sometimes the items shown in stock are not in stock and have to be ordered in. COVID-19 has effected some of my orders and unfortauntely Aircraft Model Store was unable forfill one of my orders however this isn't there fault but an upstream supplier. My only feedback would be to clearly state when something is ordered and the quantity of items you have in the store as this would make me return back more often to purchase.

This is the first purchase I have made from AMS but it will not be the last. I wanted to purchase a couple of military jets for my grandson so called AMS to ask their advice on which to buy. They were excellent in talking me through the options and the key factors to consider in making the purchase. Having made the purchase I was impressed with both the speed with which the order was handled and the excellent quality of the packaging in which these very high quality models were sent. AMS are clearly a quality company that looks after their customers.

Two items ordered 6 weeks ago and no delivery. Request for a refund has been ignored. While I understand there may be an impact of COVID, the lack of response from customer service (attempts by email, phone and social media) is unacceptable. As a last resort, I will open a case with my credit card company to seek a refund.

I do not recommend. After two weeks it turned out that the ordered plane is out of stock. In messages they sent to me they never informed me that they didn't have this plane. After two weeks they proposed another plane.

Communication was good, the model has been delivered in perfect condition. Only one drawback, but it is not the shop's fault: the delivery was quite slow. Otherwise yes, i will recommend the shop.

Despite me having no knowledge of model aircraft I wanted to buy something for my Great Nephew in Sweden who loves aircraft big or small. AMS were absolutely brilliant in answering my emails so enquiries so quickly. My gifts were sent to Sweden promptly via DHL. They too were so professional in sending both me and the destination in Sweden when to expect the parcel. True to their word it arrived when said. All in all it has been a great experience in buying from AMS. Would I go back....in and instant. Highly recommended
