Just added another 9 1-400 Airliners to my collection. All great and arrived quickly, just one wing loose, which I easily repaired with superglue. I would buy many more at the prices like my last order with a 25% discount.

Ordered from AMS and was happy the first time. As I was happy I decided to purchase from AMS again. I ordered the Virgin Atlantic a330 1/200. The model came and the back, right hand wing was loose and fell off as soon as I picked it up. AMS replaced the model and the same thing happened with the replacement. I will not order from AMS again as they have caused me nothing but anxiety from all the waiting and e-mailing to get the issue sorted. I have requested a full refund and currently waiting for AMS to reply. UPDATE: 9th May 2024. Was told I would receive a refund within 24 to 48 hours. After 48 hours I have not received a penny.

Appalling service, I waited 3 months to be told they haven't got my return. How can they not know for 12 weeks that they didn't have the item?? All I got was stalling tactics, I would not recommend this company.

Ordered the Phoenix Saudi Airlines 787 Dreamliner 1/400. I received my order within 48 hours of purchasing. It came perfectly packaged and intact. Beautiful detailed model I cannot fault the service I have received and I would order from AMS again in the future.

Bought a plane for 43euro. It was a present for mu son. I couldn't believe when l checked out shipping to Dublin was 17euro which is absolutely ridiculous! To make matters worse customs was 13.50euro, so between shipping & customs it was nearly the same price as the plane!! Never again

Need to think twice before you return , had purchased a Qatar airways 737-max8 NG model , returned as 1:400 way too small compared to Gemini jets , sent many emails only assuring that it will be looked into quickly , sent proof of postage as well but no response regarding the refund . Was a regular customer but need to think twice before ordering

Great service and great quality Aircraft. They also give you updates on your orders status. I’ve ordered a Ryanair 737 snap fit An Emirates 777-300er and an Etihad a350-1000 they all came in great condition. I have a Norse 787 Dreamliner coming tomorrow I can’t wait :)

They have amazing customer service and ship pretty fast depending on what you buy. However, NG model aircraft always take forever but other than that they are very friendly and are always willing to help!
