Long delivery time.

Customer service was responsive. Shipping times for parts that had to be ordered from the manufacturer arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Door lock works great, looks amazing and was at a reasonable price.

Had one just like it in former home for 22 years. Never had a problem and did not have to depend on power or batteries or WiFi.

Promptly upon purchase I was contacted by a representative of the company asking for another $740+ to get this product by the date it was originally claimed, if i refused to pay I would have to wait an extra 6 weeks. Extortion is not ok. Taylor security will not be getting any more of the Vancouver School Districts money. EDIT AFTER REPLY: Dan, no one said the product was out of stock. The email I received stated to get the item on time you guys said it would be delivered I would have to pay even more to get it. You need to do better because your not even addressing the situation I had.

I ordered the Kwikset Reset tool. Unlike the retail package, I was able to buy just the tool at a fraction of the cost! Once I placed my order I was contacted immediately to let me know that my order would take 4 weeks. This gave me the choice to cancel and order from someone else or wait. I waited and am very happy I did.

Communication was everything from the start. And the wait was not long at all. And the cylinder wrench is well worth it.

I contacted our rep and he couldn't provide our quote. He said he didn't have time and Taylor is set up more for residential than comercial.

Needed 50 special order locks, all keyed the same & to an existing key. Delivered within two months. Everything works great.

Shipped within timeframe, good product. Only source I could find with a ten-foot Charley Bar. Easy install. I wish someone would make a ten-footer that is adjustable so the door can be kept partially open. Thanks!!!

Over two months not good.

My cylinder for my padlock had to be order from the manufacturer. So it took longer then expected. But over I got my cylinder in about 3 weeks after I order it. I wished I knew this information before I placed my order..

All the locks came with the correct keying as requested. Hard to find what I needed elsewhere, but it was easy to order what I needed from Taylor Security & Lock.
