Ordered a Kwikset privacy lockset. Arrived within a reasonable time frame. The instructions indicated latch drive-in collar was included in box. It was not. When I called customer service, they offered to send one - but only after paying $1 and an additional shipping fee. Crazy. Liked the handle, lockset but very disappointed that a simple $1 part could not be included.

The latch was exactly the right part to replace the old worn out latch. They said the latch delivery could take 3-4 weeks, but it arrived about 2 weeks after the order.
