Horrible return process and they lac in customer service. Vendor is making it difficult to return a product, requesting pictures, wanting to know who’s at fault, wanted me to pay a 10% restocking fee and shipping fee, basically totaling the price of the item I purchased. Additionally, the description of what was being supplied was unclear and misleading. I do not recommend.

The proof I was me deal was a bit discouraging. I know the reason was a good one. However, in today's e delivery of bills can be a bit difficult to get the proof of residence they are looking for. I sent to items, 1 of which was my bank statement but that wasn't good enough. The price was great and the shipping was fast. Just a bit of a chore. I honestly thought until I called them, I was being taken.
