Fast service, order correct and timely.

The new website is incredibly hard to navigate. To the point where I have explored other resources. It is too hard to find style & finish combinations or even the correct actions for the knobs.

The complete experience was very smooth from start to delivery. The part was perfect for the job.

The return process is very difficult. I purchased a front door set that only had the outside items; I called for help and was told that the rest of the inside lock set will be back ordered for months. It would have been nice to know that before I ordered. Now I have to pay a restocking fee when I send the items back plus freight?

Underpromised ~ overperformed

Initial shipment was partial and without notice that it was incomplete. I waited 3 months for final shipment. After multiple reach outs for shipment details, I was provided 3 estimated shipment dates, none of which were met. Finally, I requested cancellation of order on a Friday, 3 months after initial order, only to receive an email the following Monday, that the shipment was sent. Unbelievable amount of wasted time and effort in my part.

Communicated that there would be a 3-4 delivery delay immediately. Items delivered in 19 days, well packaged. Happy with items and communication.

Everything call spoke with one of your men to help me order approx. 23 deadlocks to match existing finish of an bronze finish and he said I had to speak with someone thur email, due to the fact your website is not currect... unacceptable left a voice message no-one even returned the call. Update: As I mentioned in the earlier review, I was promised a refund if I send back the lock that did not work. It's been almost three months and the UPS tracking showed the return was received. However I haven't seen the refund. Nov. 10, 2023. ----------- I had to order a deadlock for the patio metal door, which is rare to find online. I found one on Taylor's Security & Lock's website and ordered it. However, I ordered a very similar but wrong product. To find the right one, a customer service representative took the time to research and called me back with information about the correct product. A sales representative promptly offered to refund the wrong product and sent me a shipping label. The level of person-to-person communication/service is rare nowadays. Taylor Security & Locks is definitely a rare find.
