Advertised overstock sale on stoptech yet I won’t be receiving my kit for another month or so, false advertising and when I told them so they said it still said check for availability so I guess with this company you have to read between the fine lines. Other than that excited for my kit to come in and the customer service is very prompt.

ADAM HUME was a GREAT help getting me set up with front and rear EBC RED brake pads from my 96 Saturn SC2 after Hawk discontinued their HPS (and all other) pads for this car. So, I'm still running and stopping well!

Mixed review. The customer service was very good got the most part. I sent some email asking questions and was given a prompt response (much appreciated). But then there was a problem with the order. Originally I had emailed asking a recommendation for brake pads for my car. I had sent the make and model. Buy Brakes responded asking if my car's origin was Japan or Mexico. I replied with Japan. I was then sent direct links to the pads with recommendations. I used the direct link to order the parts. It was supposed to be 2-day shipping. 3 days passed and no delivery. The 3rd day I was sent an email from Buy Brakes stating that the order could not be completed because there was additional information needed regarding my car. Was the car manufactured in Japan or Mexico? I thought I already answered that question. So now a 2-day delivery will take 8 days!

They price matched then beat it by another $5. Thanks, Adam will come back for repurchases.

Not only is their site the easiest way to find brake packages for your car that fit, but they also have great customer service. In my case, the manufacturer of the pads made them incorrectly but BuyBrakes provided outstanding service to manage it. Tom who helped me is not only a knowledge ASE Master Tech he made sure I was taken care of and followed up all along the way.

I bought a big brake kit from them. The tech support was excellent, the representative was very helpful in making sure that I got the kit that I wanted. Also be sure to get a measuring template to check if your upgrade will fit. On my car i needed 10mm spacers to get the necessary clearance. Also the product has made an amazing difference in how the car drives. The brakes are much firmer and stop the car much better. Now the weak link in the brake system is the tires not the brakes themselves.
