Took over two week to ship my order to only receive my rotors at first. And then another week to get my pads. They were 2 weeks behind the date it said itd be here when i checked. Will never buy again from this website

Hands down, awesome customer service by Laurie Gelosh. I purchased some brake pads, rotors, and lowering spring right at the time where businesses were told to close down. Laurie gave sent me an update as soon as possible and walked me through what they can do and how they can proceed. Email replies were always within 15 min during business hour and very helpful each time. I had the cyro treated rotors set to back order and play by ear. I didn't have to chase her down to get information on when treatment would be back up because I got an update as soon as it was up and running and making any work effortlessly. 10/10 would go through their service again

I’m giving 2 stars because my first order arrived, albeit delayed, in one piece and complete but the second order has been a much different experience. After receiving a text confirmation for my order, I thought it was all good but 4 days later I get an email from Chris S. about my order; it’s going to be delayed 2-4 weeks. After some discussion about the order and politely expressing my general displeasure in further delay while being lead to believe what I ordered was in stock when I ordered it, I’ve still yet to receive any further updates. When their Rep reached out to me about the delay, I asked if they had anything available for immediate shipment that was comparable and I was told that for an additional $100 they could get me something in stock shipped out. Nah, I don’t think so, I’m not spending another dime with this company unless they make it right. So, here I sit, waiting in the dark, for another 2-4 weeks. Delays and poor communication seem to be the standard for this company. Do yourself a favor and spend you money locally, support a shop that you can deal with face to face and hopefully develop a relationship with because it seems clear to me the Buybrakes.com isn’t interested in developing and maintaining customer relationships. **** Update **** So, after replying below and telling me to “be kind”, Buybrakes.com has reached out to me and kindly decided to cancel my order. Thank you for fully committing me to the decision to never order from you again.

Web site is set up great, great parts selection, great prices and I like how throughout the web site there are info sections that explain what the parts are in detail and why you may need them/not need them. But, several purchases now and it has taken a week so far this time and they haven't even shipped my item, I got a conformation email 7 days ago and that's it. I understand the whole Covid thing, but, 7+ days just to grab 2 steel braided lines and toss them in a large envelope then toss it in the outgoing packages should take a total of about 45 seconds. I really enjoy the web site and will always buy from them, but the whole shipping thing really let's me down time and time again.
