The links in Helpdesk and Tracking, sub category, "Order status and Shipping" does not work and show that " the page is not working". Also when you sign into your account, it does not show order history or account detail etc, just profile and logout options.

I was on ebc brake website and was directed here for updated pricing, not only am I happy I got through to AutoDNA but I was given a first time buyer discount which no other place has done for me I’m very pleased with the customer service and Adam was a helpful guy throughout my order. After waiting a week and no updates or any communication, I send a email asking about my order. I get this “I'm very sorry, but this kit mistakenly shows in stock on our site. The manufacturer's inventory was incorrect and these lines will have to be made at Goodridge. This normally takes about 10 days, but may be a little longer since they were closed for the holiday.” What annoys me is after a week of nothing, I finally inquire about my order and then I get this email. They should have notified me as soon as they knew that these lines needed to be made..not wait for me a week later to ask. There are plenty of places selling parts.. I don’t need to deal with outfits like this.

I found your website through the Maserati forum after it was highly spoken on. My fiance' and I did a bit of researching and decided to place an order for the front brake pads on my car. Upon calling, I was immediately met with a very helpful representative, Chris, who walked me through the entire online purchase process, and though I paid for 2nd Day Air shipping, he agreed to process my order immediately to where I could receive the pads the next day.
