United States | 23 June 2024Community Phone setup was not only simple, but their response time is always excellent, any issue I had was immediately resolved (my errors). Their customer service reps are patient and knowledgeable. They note every call, so if I have to call again, every rep is fully informed of my history. Lastly, they even make housing moves effortless. Can't say enough about this company.

I have been able to contact a person in customer service, every time, which is one of the hallmarks of a quality company. Many have resorted to AI which often results in an undesirable experience..I highly recommend Community Phone for more satisfactory encounters..

United States | 23 June 2024Quick response to billing inquiry. I was unable to manually change the billing due date online. So, I called a rep, who needed to get in touch with finance department. Since it was a weekend, the finance department was closed. Yet, this week, the customer service rep called and left voice message stating that billing due date had changed (as requested). The fact that Community Phone called to say they followed up with resolution of inquiry is great customer service.

United States | 22 June 2024I had past issues with at&t landline service. No phone and lack of genuine support or communication. Time for a change looked at and contacted community. First of all great to talk to like someone cares. Great attitudes of everyone I talked with and explanation of their system. I primarily wanted a back up or secondary phone system like the landline I had but community phone offers even more especially on price and service. Thankyou

Our conversations could easily lead to frustration since it was difficult to explain how to do things on the phone from a distance. After years of replacement phones it finally clicked: a landline!!! The company I called first forwarded me to a life alert line instead. The second company didn't even want to offer a landline even though it was on the website. This company was easy to work with. She can still use the cell phone with the landline through the App! And in the 305 with power outages during storms, she still has service!
