customer service was great with my order. the phone box arrived as promised. setup was a breeze. The phone worked as soon as i got the signal from the box that all is well. so far no problems, just getting used to something new. I love the fact that are no phone lines to worry about. and the box has battery backup which is great.

Very happy with my services from Community Phone. I have both a house phone and a cell phone through them. Both are "up" consistently. The sound is clear, calls only rarely "drop," and I get a signal on my cell phone no matter where I am.

Great costumer service! Great to have a landline phone that doesn’t depend on wiring...unfortunately doesn’t always work perfectly in our remote area ....therefore switched to regular landline....would love to be able to keep this phone just for emergency situations (storm power/telephone line outages etc.), without having to pay a fee for every month....maybe Community phone can introduce a special plan for costumers who are interested in that kind of service. Thank you!

I am beginning my fourth year with Community Phone, and I couldn't be more pleased. The service easily equals that of AT&T, at a fraction of the cost. Set-up is simple, and customer service is the best in the business.

We have had Community Phone service since 12/16/21. My landline through our major carrier was over $70 a month, and going up. We are both retired, so I thought I would see what else was available. I found this service, was able to keep my landline phone number that we had for 43 years at that time, and have never looked back. I was so surprised to see all of the really bad reviews of this service. We have never had one bad experience since we signed up. We will stick with them, they have done everything they promised before we became customers, and we have always had great reception and as good or better phone service than we had with the "Big" companies.

I just got signed up with this service. Move both my business service from Comcast and totally regret this. My businesses has lost a whole day of calls after they told me the numbers were successfully ported. This is the second day and my phones are still not ringing. Longer than ever hold time for someone to talk to I then get an automated voice that tells me to call back later and then disconnected call. No able to go on online portal which I was told I have. Then when I finally get on my ported numbers are NOT listed there. I have lost a lot of money from this service that I paid for and have not been able to use. I need a refund and will be disputing this.

I weish I would have come here first. I beleived them and now I am waiting for my refund since I paid a year in advance and could not use the service :( I canceled within 7 days of receiving the phone. Jan 27th was the start....oh they did give me half back for the phone not the service...

My voicemail never worked. After a call to customer service I was told they would reset something and in 24-48 hours it should be fixed. Here it is about 2 weeks later and it is still not fixed. In my call to customer service tonight I explained I can still use my old answering machine so it’s not a huge deal, but it’s a shame the service isn’t working because it would be nice to have. The answer I got was (after I had to explain the problem about 3 times) “well if hasn’t worked we might as well just remove it.” I submitted an online request to correct the name that comes up for our caller id. That was supposed to take affect in a couple days. About a week later it’s still not working and they said they never got the request. Supposedly that was taken care of tonight and it should be correct in about 3 days. And then they were charging me (which I didn’t know about) an extra $9 a month for the robocall feature. I Immediately canceled that feature as soon as I noticed it on my bill but it is still not removed. However the rep said that I am not paying for it and he doesn’t know why I still have it. It is supposed to be taken off of my account as well. I paid for 3 months service at once to save a few dollars but was informed that I wouldn’t be able to cancel within this time frame and if I wanted to cancel I would have to call right at the end of the 3 months to cancel the service. So if and when I do cancel this service it’s probably going to be a nightmare. The phone does have good service in my little rural area so that is a plus.

Community phone is another scam target old people. . I am going to sue them them. never got what I paid for. I have try to talk to the people ,never got the issue resolve.

dirty rotten lieing theives!!! they refuse to allow me to ship their garbage back despite it not working at all and have charged me 160 dollars on my bank card and its only been 2 weeks i have called 15 times they will not give me information to send their unit back nor will they refund my money STAY AWAY!!!

If I can give 0 stars I would. This is the worst telephone company in the USA. They are a total SCAM. What makes it worst my mom is a senior citizen on a fixed income and they still ripped her off. All we wanted was a landline with voicemail and caller ID. Even though I read they had caller ID. What they are saying now is for outbound caller id. Whoever heard of just having a caller id that for outbound calls only? People want to see who is calling. So I write a complaint I want caller ID or I am canceling. What they do is send me a new SIM card which I thought was to get my mom caller id but now I know I was wrong. They just send me the SIM card to appease me. I put in the new SIM card now my mom has no phone service. I called support and sat on hold for 40 minutes then the representative tells me my new SIM card had to be activated and it will take two hours. Needless to say, the SIM card never activated, so my mom was without phone service for the weekend because now according to tech, it will take 2 hours to activate but instead, it never happened. I sent a message to the salesperson and I am sure she got her commission so did not care and I told her I want a refund. Her response was she was sorry and sent my request to the billing department. Needless to say, it has been over a week the billing department has not given my mom common courtesy to call her back or call me back or send a refund. So many issues with this company in just 3 weeks: I was on hold for 2 hours trying to reach support because we could not figure out the voicemail. After 2 hours I get a pre-recorded message the reps are busy call back and the call disconnects. Spoke with rep Luis made an appointment with me to call me back at 6:00pm needless to say he did not call. He called me back 45 minutes late unacceptable. Do not spend any money with this company Run as fast as you can. They are ripping over senior citizens who still would like to enjoy a landline in their homes. My poor mom, hopefully, will get a refund and she will not be out over $200 something dollars. This company really sucks.
