Fabulous company to deal with, a very straight forward website to navigate and an online chat which was answered straight away; my minor question being met with lots of understandable help. The blinds arrived much sooner than expected, superbly wrapped and in perfect condition. The colour was accurate from the swatch provided and I was kept completely informed of each stage of my transaction from the money being debited to the whereabouts of the courier delivering. Efficient, fast service

Ordered a blind for a Velux window (a non-Velux alternative). Was easy to order and the blind came on time (was a 1-2 week delivery time) and in good order. I must admit I struggled a bit with the diagrammatic fitting instructions, but in truth it was very simple once I got my head around them. There is a small mark on the blind (hence the 4 stars) but not one that is worth the trouble of returning it and that apart it is all good. We have bought one of these blinds before - I would say they are not as good quality as the Velux blinds, but they are significantly cheaper and they look absolutely fine and do the job. The previous Velux blind we replaced lasted 14 years and the replacement is 6 years and counting.

Ordered 2 Velux blinds. Unfortunately only one arrived due to courier error. Contacted customer services and they were very helpful and prompt with their response and sent an replacement which arrived a few days later.

Good price, helpful customer service and Velux so they did the job.
