Itzala staff were helpful & informative and our velux blackout blind arrived on time within the delivery period of 9-11 days. My husband fitted the blind easily and quickly & all fixing equipment was included. The blind material colour is an excellent match for our kitchen. The solar operating box is small enough to be easily stored on a shelf and is easy to operate. The reason for 4 stars is that the blind material is not lying completely flat along the right side of the blind, it’s looks puckered in a few places, and of course we don’t know if this slight issue will resolve itself with time or if it is faulty. I’ve contacted Itzala regarding this and hope for the problem to be resolved. Itzala’s price point was much cheaper than Velux themselves, so I hope the discounted price is not a reason for providing ‘faulty goods’ … the old adage ‘you get what you pay for’ springs to mind but time will tell and I will update my review to reflect the outcome from Itzala customer service. Overall I am very pleased with the blind apart from the small issue of the material.
