Quick delivery and good price. Plus a good choice of different Velux compatible roofblinds. I went for the Velux made blind in the end and it was cheaper than ordering direct from Velux.

Blinds were easy to order, arrived promptly, easy to fit to our Velux windows, a great choice of colours and excellent value for money.

Quicker than expected delivery - from Denmark. Well packaged and easy to install once the correct window/blind combination was identified. The bling looked and operated like the Velux it replaced. The only small problem is a pin hole in the blind, but it is barely noticeable.

The blind I originally ordered was the wrong size but Scott at Customer Services was very helpful sorting a replacement out most efficiently and quickly! I did not have to pay for the replacement blind which arrived within a couple of days. Brilliant!

It didn’t advise anywhere on your website that you would not take back a blind Failed within the three year warranty issue a credit I bought my blind. It was an urgent requirement for safety and I thought I could send the old one back in the packaging of the new one I was sent told you don’t offer a credit you only offer a replacement. I’m not sure whether consumers rights have been violated on this.
