Ich bin seit 6 Jahren bei der April International. Die Tariferhoehungen waren moderat, die Schadensabwicklung kann ich nicht beurteilen, da nie in Anspruch genommen. Allerdings sehr langsam arbeitet der Kundendienst. Meine neue Jahrespraemie ist zahlbar bis zum 2.5.2025.ich habe diese Prämie mit mehreren Ueberweisungen bis zum 3.2.2025 ausgeglichen. April hat bereits 3 x die Ueberweisungsbelege bekommen und mehrmals die Bitte um Überprüfung und Gutschrift. Leider ohne Erfolg! Wenn mit diesem Speed eine Schadensabwicklung erfolgt, ist der Patient zwischenzeitlich verstorben.

I have dealt with Thomas on numerous occasions and have always found him extremely efficient and helpful. Claims often processed the same day and very quick response to any questions.

In my opinion, I would say that usually it’s quite easy to get hold of the responsible person @ April International. Recently I know that their Finance Team got some problems with HSBC about bank transfer (for certain days) and I would say that they can manage to fix the issue within a reasonable turnaround time. I noticed that they updated / enhanced their Explanation of Benefits (EOB), maybe about 2-3 months ago and I would say that more precise / useful information has been included so that the insured will have a better understanding on the EOB. Last but not the least, I am confident and happy to work with the APRIL’s TEAM !!

Vraiment bon conseil et attitude positive

I’m paying 300 euros per month, and the service is absolutely terrible. A 70-day delay for reimbursement, and they have asked me four times—via email and the app—for the same documents. Each time, I sent everything, yet I still haven’t been reimbursed. I’m going to cancel my policy and take legal action in the French courts to get my money back. Avoid this company at all costs!

Team is always outstanding and on top of everything. It's really an insurance made easy. Keep it up team, I really like the service I've got from April international.
